The scene queen is elected once every four years. Like the president. She has to run through beauty pageants and learn how to look scene. The scene queen will then get to tour lots of different places around the world showing off. This year, 18 teens from around the world are trying out for the anual Teen Scene Queen race. With only one year to impress the present Scene Queen, these girls have a lot of work to do.
