I drove home playing 'Something in the way' by Jorja Smith. I stopped by a highway gas station and bought some popcorn for the long week I had in front of me. I only told Mya and Jayden I was gonna break up with Leon to get them off mine and his backs but I guess it turned into reality.

"You okay?" The cashier asked.

I smiled at her realising my mascara was everywhere.

"Yeah, just had a rough day." I shook my head.

She placed her hand out with a wipe.

"I get what you mean."

I took the wipe and rubbed my face, paid for the popcorn.

"Thanks." I said walking out.

I arrived back home. I stared at the door handle for a good 10 seconds. I grabbed onto it and opened it.

Mya, Anaya, Aj and Jayden sat on the couch.

"Oh, wow so you told Aj as well." I said scoffing, dropping the popcorn on the side table.

"You still did it right?" Aj asked smacking his gum.

"I didn't have to."

"Wow." Anaya dragged out the wow.

"What does that mean?" Mya asked.

I rubbed the side of my face, groaning. I looked over at Jayden. He just sat there with his raised head. He raised his eyebrows at me.

"He got this girl pregnant.." I blurted.

I watched everyones reaction. Aj and Jayden knodded at each other.

"We're gonna go, leave you girls to it." Jay said.

I watched them push past me and out the door.

"C'mere." Mya said with her hands out.

I walked up to her and pouted my lip out hugging her.

"I might as well go with them." Anaya said looking at the door.

"Naya, Vee needs you, man." Mya said punching her shoulder.

"She'll be aight."

I watched her, as well, as she walked out the door.

"Let's get that makeup off your face, then we'll watch some Netflix."

I smiled at Mya.

I walked out the door slamming it behind me.

"Yo!" I shouted.

Aj sat in the front of 'his' car, Chevrolet Tahoe. It was originally a police car but Aj stole it at a protest and renovated it.

He rolled his window down.

"Whatchu want, Naya?"

"Where you going."

"Store.." He said slowly.

I furrowed my eyebrows at him.

"Where you think we going?" Jayden said slamming down the trunk.

I smiled at him.

"Get in then." He said.

I got in the back and actually put my seat belt on properly. Aj and Jayden just buckled it and sat on them.
