𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐲! 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃

𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫!

THERE WAS SOMETHING IN THE air that morning. eden wasn't sure if it was the happiness for luke and siânnise or the thought of their journey being almost over that lifted the islanders' spirits- but it was definitely something.

the new couple were even closer than before if that was even possible; and it made all the other pairs feel such a passion for their boys that no one could stop smiling. it was like an infection and it was truly something beautiful to watch.

the two luke's woke up extra early and prepared breakfast for their two girls, even if luke m and eden were not official. yet.

"how did you even manage to think of something that good?" luke m asked his best friend as he poured some orange juice into a cup. "i'm never going to be able to compete with that."

"seeing luke t do everything for siânnise last night has made me proper worried. obviously i don't want to ask eden yet but i don't know how i'm supposed to live up to those expectations." luke m sighed.

luke t smirked. "don't stress about it mate. whatever you do eden will love it." the love struck boy sighed deeply. he hoped that was true but he couldn't help but think that she would be disappointed when he eventually did ask her- especially after seeing what her best friend got.

"you really like her, huh?" luke t continued, admiring the way his eyes lit up whenever he spoke about her and how he always smiles whenever she's around.

luke m nodded. "i really do. i've never met anybody like her before."

"do you think it could be...you know," he made a heart with his hands. "the 'l' word?"

there was no hesitation in his voice as he spoke loud and clearly. "i can see myself falling in love with her. if i'm not already, that is. she's just amazing." grinning widely, both boys went back to their cooking. but not before luke t caught the look of adoration on his face. there was no doubt about it- they were made for each other.

laughing to herself about finn running away from a small bug, eden headed towards the dressing room with siânnise to get ready for the day. what they were not expecting, however, was their boys carrying several plates of food for them. it wasn't unusual for them to surprise them with breakfast, but there was something so heartwarming about eden and luke m watching the recent couple together and they shared a small smile as they watched.

"they're perfect for each other, don't you think?" she whispered to him quietly as luke t fed his girlfriend a piece of toast.

luke m simply nodded and wrapped an arm around eden nonchalantly. it was a small action but it made both of their grins wider. there wasn't a particular way to describe it, it just made them happy to be in each other's embrace.

after eating the breakfast the islanders went back to their normal daily routine. nothing unfamiliar had happened as of yet, which should be good, however love island isn't exactly known as a non dramatic television show.

siânnise proudly sported her crown from the previous night, and wore it happily as her, eden and molly walked across the grass of the south african villa towards the terrace. they had a fantastic view of all of the boys exercising and it was safe to say no one was going to complain about that.

"i feel like i'm around royalty now," molly giggled at the large crown on the newly taken girl's head. "i don't know how to act."

"she's like a queen," eden laughed. "which makes luke your king. and us," she gestured to her and molly. "your servants?"

"i'll let you and luke come and stay in our castle. our kids can be best friends!" she exclaimed excitedly causing eden to tense up slightly. she brushed it off and laughed, but not before the two girls noticed her obvious discomfort.

"what's wrong?" questioned molly.

eden shrugged. "it's nothing. don't worry about it." she reassured them. they persisted.

"tell us! this is what best friends are for." siânnise reminded her. taking a deep breath, the blonde looked out to where the boy she was ever so fond of was exercising and having fun with his friends. he looked so carefree it just made her even more attracted to him.

she continued to watch him from afar. "talking about kids and marriage and the future in general- it's scary," eden explained. the two girls looked at each other, bewildered. "we've known these boys a few weeks. and for one of those we weren't even together. how do we know this isn't just going to fizzle out once we get home? how do we know this isn't all a holiday romance?"

"there is no telling what will happen after love island. we're not psychics," molly rolled her eyes. "but i see where she's coming from. i don't know if callum and i will stay together after this, but we just have to hope."

they were all silent for a second. the only audible noise was the two luke's jostling with callum and mike, playing football together without a care in the world.

eventually molly broke the quietness. "i guess we don't. but i've seen the way luke m looks at you eden, and the same for you with luke t, siânnise. we won't know if this will last until we go out of the villa, so why should we stress about it now?"

"what's the point of us all even being in the villa if we don't find the one person we truly belong with?" asked the bitter blonde. she glanced down to find luke m looking at her on the terrace. he shot her a wink and a smile as he waved, and she waggled her fingers back at him half heartedly. he didn't seem to notice.

siânnise sighed. "we just have to hope that these boys are who we marry and have kids with. whatever happens, we have each other," the other two nodded. "and for the record, i know you and luke will get through anything. you have to."

the corners of eden's lips turned up as her partner rolled around on the floor laughing at something callum had said, or done. she truly did care about him. but the end of love island was creeping further and further towards them and she couldn't help but wonder if everything was going to change on the outside. and if so, would they be able to get through it all?
