"We dream in colors borrowed from the sea"

I strolled towards the far-out island; the sand simultaneously coating the bottom of my feet like butter on toast. The gripply sand sensation alleviating my sore, broken soles. The warm sun rays kissed my skin lightly, warming me from inside out; the rays plummeted down strands of grass which incandesced with remnants of dawning condensed moisture, occupying every space between the leaves, causing diminutive patterns on the ground in maze-like designs.
Allowing myself to come to a halt, I closed and rested my eyes - my ears were able to process the faint and unmistakable melodious sounds of mother nature. Chirps from the top of the trees emollienting the dillydally from my mind as my presumptions took a toll and began swaying to the tune - taking the breeze and imbibing the promise of the serenity over the spell binding day.
Well, that's the end of "Super Blues" ! I know, it was pretty short ): but let me know what you think!
I'm currently working on another piece of my writing that I will most certainly share in a couple of days (it's lying somewhere in my drafts XD)
I hope you enjoyed these small scripts as much as I liked writing them. Don't forget to comment, vote and share! Thank you ♥
