She has never seen the Hollands as much of a threat to her mob. She and Tom went to a very prestigious private school together for their hole life her and Tom were always good friends.

You were woken up by your brother and right hand man, Drew which is short for Andrew he woke you up to the news that one of your trucks taking a supply of drugs and guns to your facility in Paris was broken into and all the goods were stolen you turned to drew with sleepy eyes and asked him if there were any leads on who did it
you looked at Drew he had his head down like a little kid who was telling his mom he broke something then he said " the cameras on the truck show that it was some of the Holland's people" he told you hesitantly, he knew you had feelings for Tom he was only one year younger than you and often times would spot you with him at school or walking home but he never trusted Tom after your parents "Accident" he was convicted that the Holland's had something to do with it and tried his best to keep you away form them.
Once Drew told you that he thought it was the Holland's you were angry confused and intrigued you wondered why the Holland's would steal from you it's not like they needed the drugs or weaponry that were in that truck so you turned to Drew and told him to set up a meeting with the Holland's specifically Tom. Immediately after Drew left to do as he was told so you went and got ready for the meeting first you got in the shower after your shower you did your hair,makeup and put on a black dress.

You were ready Drew came in and told you that Tom his right hand man aka Harrison and younger twin brothers were going to be here in 10 minutes so you told your men to be armed and ready but not to do anything if not instructed by you or Drew they all nodded in agreement you told Jason and Emily to be in the conference room with you and Drew. Emily and Jason were you're best two men they had been training with you from the time you could walk to now you trusted them almost as much as you trusted Drew which in your line of business is not so easy to find the only other person you trusted this much was Tom, you and Tom used to be best friends you would walk to school together had most of the same classes you ate lunch together and almost everybody at school thought you too were dating and you might have if you didn't know you would both own mobs when you were older so you never Officially dated because you knew that one day you wold most likely be enemies, but you both had strong feelings for each other but it all changed after your parents death you left school to take over the mob on your senior year which was difficult, everyone thought you were a helpless little girl hart broken by your parents death so other mobsters tried to make moves on your mob but that didn't last for long soon you had every mob that ever thought about testing you reduced to ash . All the mob leaders knew you were ruthless so when you heard that Tom had made a move on your mob you had to handle it . Drew interrupted your thoughts to tell you that the Holland's have arrived and they were in the conference room . You walked over to get your glock 25 and walked to the conference room you stopped in front of the doors took a deep breath and prepare yourself mentally to see Tom again, then you opened the door.
