Zane x Reader

Chp: 8

Zane and I spent the rest of our lunch period together. Just chatting and getting to know one another. Honestly i swear to you that i've met him before. But i just can't think of where we would have met. He's like no one i've ever met before. But Garroth was right...He is exactly what i described...But why..? 

"(Y/N).......(Y/N)....(Y/N.." Zane poked my shoulder. I guess i kinda zoned out. "Yes Zane?" Zane looked a little worried. His eyes were hella soft looking... "Are you ok..? You looked upset or something. 

-Zane's pov- 

(Y/N)'s acting kinda strange. I mean, i just met her so maybe she's always like this...She keeps zoning out. I'm honestly really worried, but i don't want her to know that. She kinda reminds me of (Nickname). But (Nickname) had dark brown hair. Her hair is black with a pure white strip. They can't be the same person. Can they..? Well whatever, i'm just glad she forgave me. 

The bell rang as we said our goodbye's and parted. I made my way to class, mumbling her name under my breathe. Damn, (Y/N)..i can't get her out of my head. It's like she put me in a trance or something. But it's whatever. Maybe i'm just tired, i didn't really get much sleep again lat night..i had another nightmare about (Nickname) leaving me again. 

-(y/n)'s pov- 

As i walked to my classroom, i started thinking about Zane. Why am i thinking about him. I literally just met him today. I don't really care for him. Well that's a lie, i guess i'd like for him and i to be friends, but i'm not desperate for a friend. I started saying his name under my breathe. As i did, i felt my face begin to heat up. I'm honestly so tired. welp on to class i go. 

-Time skip brought to you, by, a girl with a magical wand, yelling Tostino's pizza rolls.- 

I met up wit Lawrence and started walking home. He examined my slightly red face "So who is it?~" He teased. I looked up at him. "Why do you mean?" He shook his head slowly. and pointed to my cheek "Your blushing, who's the guy? And if he hurts you i will beat him." Over protective much? I simply chuckled and forced the redness away "There's no one. I'm just thinking about some anime guy." I stated calmly 

Lawrence sighed "Ok, well are you busy tomorrow?" He asked calmly. Welp shit. I already agreed to hang out with someone. I don't wanna blow them off. "Yeah, i'm kinda busy. I promised some guy named gene that i would hang out with him and two other angry looking people. " I said calmly again.

Lawrence grabbed me aggressively "L-Lawrence..T-That hurts..please let g-" He cut me off before i could finish talking "Stay away from that monster..."
