Chapter 4: Why Me?!
Fifteen minutes ago I tested out my new deck, The Magician Girls, deck and to be honest I was pretty happy with it. By putting supports and among other cards thats would work well with said deck, I was able to win in six turns or so, but there are a few flaws in the deck, like every deck there. The main flaw is the starting hand. You may have powerful cards, but you can get dicked over with a bad hand.
(We all had those moments where we got dicked over in a game of yugioh, we all had it. If you play Yugioh duel links, then you know you get dicked over a lot of times. I should have winning hands a whole of time, but then had Drowning Mirror Force or a Wall of Disruption...Not a fun time, but sometimes I was able to recover from those. I think the best way to deal with those cards are the Six Samurai Deck or maybe a Red Eyes Deck or maybe those monsters that can attack while in defense mode. Those are probably the best way to deal with them. Also sorry for the long rant, but I was trying to get my point across, no matter how perfect the deck is, if you get a bad hand then you will lose...most of the time.)
Other than that being the main flaw, there nothing else wrong with the deck, but there might be a few equip spells that might be needed to boost their power as well incase there might be a monster that has too many attack points.
I also added a Dark Magician card to deck as well as some supports for him, because I also found out having monster attack point with only 2000 attack points was going to me out of the pretty fast and the only thing I could do was put some spellcaster that was able to synergies with the deck well enough and I found other some cards other than magician girl support cards were good and it made the deck better.
Oh right back to the story at hand. After getting Rias's Deck and the Dragonmaids, I skipped the rest of the day of school. There was nothing that they could teach me that I didn't already know. The principal already knew this as well the student board and so I was given a pass, but during the test days, I needed to get at least a 95 or higher to not go to class.
I didn't really touch the deck, but I felt something from the two decks. Like they were... annoyed? Angered? I don't know the right word, but I think they are pissed at what had happened. Rumor was Rias had this deck since she was child and she grew close to those cards, but then when her club mate lost his deck, she felt the need to get it...not only did she bet them...her cards and the replacement cards for her club mate for what...Pride?! The bond they had with her was gone, broken beyond repair.
Other than that, I did nothing. After the last duel of the day, I decided to make my way back to my apartment, where I wanted to get some sleep.
Something was going to happened, but no one knows what's going to happen. No even the teacher know what is going to happen, only the school boards and the principal. But what I could tell it is going to be exciting, but to me it would be...troublesome. I have a feeling it is going to make me more famous than I already am.
Whether for good or bad, I have no clue, but I don't really care.
All I know is my peaceful life is about to come to an end. I just need to get ready when things take a turn for the worse. But I might as well get ready and I might as well look at my new decks as well.
The Next Day
I was right. I was right, something was going to happen to me.
When the first period started, everyone of every grade was called down to the auditorium, we were told what was going on. There was going to be a small duel monster tournament that is going to happen here at Kouh Town. The winner would win $1000 and would receive a rare card.
This will also be a camera crew so the people from home could watch the tournament from home as well.
They said that they wanted at least four of us to enter and show what we are made out of. I was chosen along with three others. The money and card we keep, although all they want us to give them our school and how good we are.
It was fine with me. A rare card, while I have a good deck, some rare cards might mess everything up depending on the card. Although, money is money. While I have plenty, that didn't mean a couple extra money wouldn't hurt me at all.
I made my choice, I am going to destroy everyone in the tournament, no matter who they are.
