Chapter 1: Runners and Calls

"Goin' somewhere?" Trinity's Irish voice taunted. The runner stopped and looked around, giving Trinity the chance to jump down and pull an arrow out. Postioning the arrow, she stretched her arm out, pointing at the runner. The runner turned around and caught sight of Trinity's grey eyes, which made him jump back. He starts to run again before Trinity rolls her eyes and lets the string go. The arrow pierced his thigh, which made him fall to the ground.

Trinity felt a proud smirk etch onto her lips as she casually walked to the runner. She pulled the arrow out of his leg before writing 'T.M' in her green spray paint. The. She climbed to the roof and ran away.

"Are you kidding me?" She yelled into the phone. "Al, I barely have time for myself!"

"I know, but you're my best worker. I need you to do it. Also, everyone else is scared of Bueblo." Al said and she sighed. He was right.

"Fine." Trinity plopped onto the couch and pinched the bridge of her nose with her index finger and thumb before closing her eyes. "When will they be here?"

"Around three or four." He said making her eyes snap open. It was already two.

"Fine, fine. Let me get ready. Bye, Al." She hung up and threw her phone onto the couch.

Trinity wasn't ready for what was coming her way. Gladly, she had more than six rooms. Everyone can have their own room.

Then, she screamed as loud as she could until her throat hurt. She just sat there, counting the tiles on the roof in silence before a knock came from her door.
