As Rory was cleaning up her living room, she heard a knock at the door. When she opened, she saw non other than Jake Harrison. "Hey!" He said. Rory smiled and gave him the biggest hug in the world. "I missed you!" Rory said. Rory and Jake had been sweethearts since junior high. After high school, Jake had to leave to film another movie. Now, he was back from Hollywood. "Wait...." Rory said. "I forgot..." Rory and Jake had to break up, because Rory said she couldn't handle a long distance relationship. "Rory...please....." Jake said. "I'm sorry, Jake. Please go." Rory said. Jake had been with another girl, Madison while he was gone. He claims it was for the cameras, but Rory says its an excuse. Rory vaguely remembers hearing someone talking about it while she rwas in the restroom in middle school, but she's not sure. "Rory...." Jake begs. e"Please go." Rory says. She shuts the door and cries. Jake gloomily goes to his car, where he had flowers in the back he was planning to give her.

"Are you serious?!" Amanda, one of Rory's friend says over the phone. "Not joking, Amanda." Rory says. "Why...what....how....ugh!" Amanda exclaims. "After what he did to you? Wow...." She says. "I know, what should I do?" Rory asks. "I mean, he cheated on me, he broke my heart, I was depressed." Rory says. "Not only that," Amanda begins "But I had to suffer through you calling me 25 times a day to go get some frozen yogurt." They both laugh. "Alright, thanks Amanda. I will call you tomorrow. Bye." Says Rory. They both hang up. Rory turns on the TV to see Jake on an interview. She wants to change the channel, but Rory wants to see if he mentions Madison. "So, how's your love life at the moment?" The interviewer asks. "Okay, I guess." Jake says, with a sigh. "I actually just broke up with Madison on the way here." He says, as if it's nothing. The audience gasps. "Its great!" He exclaims, with a smile. Rory can't help but smile, too. Jake has always managed to make Rory smile. The audience laughs with him, understanding that he's happy. "I'm in love with another girl, and her name starts with an R and ends with O-R-Y."

At about 6:00 PM, Rory is sitting down on the couch with a piece of leftover pizza. Her dinners were usually like this. She lives in an apartment. Her neighbors are older, so she doesn't have many people to invite over. Suddenly, she hears a knock. She gets up and opens the door to see Leo. "What's up?" Leo says. "Hey brotha!" Rory says. They hug. Rory and Leo have known each other for a long time, but Amanda and Leo are WAY closer. Something happened to them while they were kids, but they don't ever talk about it. "How have you bee-" Rory gets cut off "No time for chatter, put on something nice and meet me downstairs in 10 minutes. Ok?" Leo says. Rory realizes that Leo is wearing a fancy tuxedo. Rory doesn't think about it too much, she just pulls out the first dress she sees and puts it on. When she goes downstairs, she looks outside to see a limo. Leo is standing outside holding the door to the back. When she gets inside, she sees Jake. He's holding a bouquet of flowers and is wearing the same suit as Leo, only a blue tie because he knows it's Rory's favorite color. "Jake!" She exclaims. "I love you!" She says. Jake starts tearing up. "I missed you, Rory. I will never let go of you now. I love you." He says. They kiss, and when they're done, she sees Jake getting down on one knee. "Will you marry me?" Jake says. Rory cries and says,"Yes."
