God made the Rainbow

The colors on the rainbow, do you wonder who made those? Well there is a Creator that created that rainbow. And His name is God, but there is a whole story behind the rainbow. A really long ago, there was Adam and Eve, the first humans made by God. But they sinned which seperated God and man-kind. But then after a few years, God realized that the world was becoming wicked in many ways. God had created a flood on earth because the people were so wicked. But there was a man that listened to God and his name was Noah. You heard this story many times before but this story is more than a story, it happened REAL and it is true history.

Noah listened to God and God told him to build an ark quick because he was going to flood the earth because of wicked people. So Noah built an ark and it was MASSIVE! Then God told Noah to bring two species of each animal and made sure they were in the ark. There were female and male animals, but there had to be ONLY ONE pair. So it would be one pair (female and male) of lions, elephants, and a whole lot more.

So Noah brought all the animals in. He also made sure to bring his family members in. Then God sealed up the ark doors. Then rain fell and poured on the earth for 40 days and nights. People and the remaining animals died from the huge flood. Then after a few years, Noah sent a bird out, in the ark window. The bird brought nothing for the 2 times then it brought a olive branch meaning that the water had gone down. The he sent it out again and the bird did not come back.

Then the ark boarded on to bare ground, for the first time, Noah saw the earth dry. Then Noah built an altar to honor God for saving him and God made a promise, never to kill his people with a flood. And to keep that promise, He put a rainbow around the sky. And from that point and on, that was God's promise, to never EVER kill people with a massive flood again.

That is the history of a rainbow. If you don't believe me, read Genesis in the Bible. It was the beginning of the earth and God had done a powerful thing.
