I was sitting outside Devonte's house as he just came back from dropping Ajasha to daycare

I got out my car as soon as he got inside

I decided instead of killing him imma see if I can talk things out with him...I don't wanna kill my child's father

I knocked on the door and he answered with no shirt on

"What you want" he had a blank expression on his face

"I came to talk" he opened the door wider allowing me inside

I saw the same girl coming down the stairs

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS BITCH DOING HERE DEVONTE" she yelled

"Look go upstairs" he said and she crossed her arms

"No what is this bitch doing here" I'm just gonna ignore the fact that she's constantly calling me a bitch

"Go upstairs before I bat you in yo shit bruh" she rolled her eyes before stomping upstairs

He turned to me and sat down across from me

"What you wanna talk about"

"Us" he leaned back

"There's no us babydoll" I sighed

"I don't mean relationship wise...I'm talking about this whole fighting shit...why can't we just co-parent" I said and he nodded

"Well that's not your say...you can't tell me who to be with Devonte" he nodded and got up walking over to me

He pulled me up off the couch

"I know we ain't never getting back together but imma always love yo ass" he kissed my forehead before going back over to his spot

"Imma go tho"

"Ight" I walked out and made my way to my car before going home

^at home^

"Why do you have a house" I said to Nasir

"Shut up and come here" I went over to him and straddled him

"I'm not ready for another kid" he nodded

*2 hours later*

I had got a call from Devonte saying that he was bringing Ajasha home and now he was here

"Hey stink" I took her from him and kissed her face

"Hey" I said to him and he gave me a had nod

"Bye mamas" he kissed her cheek before making his way to his car

"Wanna see grandma today" she looked at me and started spitting

"I'll take that as a yes" I wiped her mouth before putting on my shoes and making my way to Devonte's mom house

^at her house^

"Hey grandma's baby" she took Jasha from me sitting down

"Hey Naomi"

"Hey" I sat down and got on my phone as she played with Ajasha

*2 hours later*

I got home a while ago and right now I was trying to put Ajasha to sleep but she wouldn't go to sleep

"Baby mama don't know what you want" I sat her down in her bouncer and she screamed and then started crying again making me pick her up

"I changed you and I fed you mama don't know what to do" I only had one more option and that was to call Devonte he gets her sleep

(On the phone)

"Hey" I said

"Waddup everything ight" I nodded

"Yea just that she's a bit cranky and won't go to sleep so can you come over" he nodded

"Yea imma come" he said before hanging up

"Dada on his way baby" I said bouncing her but she still continued crying

After a while he finally got here

"Hey princess" he took off his shirt and took her from me

"You ain't had to take off your shirt" he nodded

"Yea I did" he placed her on his chest and rubbed her back and started walking around the living room with her

This girl wasn't even crying no more

After he walked around for about 30 mins she was asleep and he put her in her crib before putting back on his shirt

"Thank you" I said

"Yup" he bit his lip looking me up and down

"Bye I'll see you later" I said catching his attention

"Bye" he left and I took this as the time to call Nasir

I called and it went straight to voice mail so I knew he had to be handling business

I was at my ex house cause I ain't had pussy in a while and Naomi ain't wanna fuck tonight
