High school. The golden years of your life or the years you live to regret. That however does not apply to Santana Lopez. The girl on top of her game. The Hispanic girl who on sight would make you tremble. When really, she just wants somebody to love.
Meet Brittany S Pierce. A girl who may be lacking intellectually but makes up for it in talent, whether it is dance or just being the kind hearted girl she is. But that is never enough, especially in McKinley High, where people could just judge you if you were in the slightest bit different. But this could be the thing that Santana could be looking for to enlighten her. To finally break through the tough interior the girl applies on herself.
~•~The Hispanic girl showed up at the doors of McKinley High. Wearing the proud smirk she carried as she walked through the halls, intimidating people into submission. It was what she loved most. After all she is the most popular girl in school, alongside the almighty Quinn Fabray. Yet the girl felt like there was something missing.
Pushing all that aside, this was her senior year. One last time to shine, one last year to be in charge but also her last chance to find someone. To make up for the stupid shit she did and be able to graduate. Sighing, she finally took her first steps into McKinley's halls again

"Dumbass" "Retard" "Idiot" "Stupid"The most common words people used to describe Brittany S Pierce. It wasn't her fault, bless her. She just had a unique quirk to how she worked and learned things. Of course it made her feel really sad when people say such cruel things to this naive, sweet girl. Her heart was made of pure gold, and always showed acts of kindness, even when people really didn't deserve it. Maybe thats why people tease her about that so much?
The blonde didn't care for the comments, the gossip about her, all she wanted to do is live her best life in her own unique way, and aspiring to one day be a professional dancer and dance alongside celebrities like Beyoncé, Katy Perry...But until that day comes, she's still here in Lima, Ohio with people who probably don't know she exist.
Her thoughts were disturbed when she accidentally bumped into someone, dropping everything she had on the floor, as well as herself. The other girl looked annoyed at first, but then softened up her expression to gaze at the blonde. "Are you okay?"

Santana looked down at the blonde who had fallen on the floor with her books scattered on the floor near her. Normally when this kind of thing happens, she would go all Lima Heights on their ass, but not this girl. There was something about her that Santana could sense and never bring herself to say anything mean to her."I'm so sorry!" She says to the Hispanic girl as she rushes to pick up all the books she dropped on the floor. The other girl crouches down to pick up one of the books, when the other girls hand connects with mine.
She would slap the shit out of anyone who tried to touch her, but Santana felt something. Something she never felt before. The feeling of butterflies, fuzzy feelings and just internally dying from the feeling of the other girls soft hands touching hers. The two girls shared a little soft giggle as the Hispanic girl picked up the book, slipping a slip of paper in there.
"Thanks so much. Not many people would bother to help." She says as she sorts out her books as Santana just watched in awe. She knew if anyone knew about her becoming soft for one girl, she wouldn't hear the end of it, but did she care? No, not really. "They'd just laugh at me and say I'm stupid."
"Of course. And I wouldn't listen to those Lima losers who say your stupid, they don't know anything clever to say. I'll see you around?" The other girl comforted the other girl as she walked away down the corridor, realising what that something was almost immediately
She was in love.

Brittany smiled nervously as she watched the other girl walk away. No one has really been this nice to her and made her believe she wasn't stupid. This girl was really sweet, but Britt believed only people like that existed in fantasy, and she would never see her again.A slip of paper fell out from one of her books, which curiosity struck the blonde like lightning hitting a tree. Looking around, she knelt down to pick it up and had a read at the small slip of the paper, which had writing on both sides. One side had a number. The other side said:
"Hey cutie, you might wanna tie your shoe laces. Don't want you falling for anyone you don't want to be with ;) ~Santana Lopez"
Britt smiled shyly at what it said, the girl must think she might trip and fall. Maybe she was using as a statement for the girls clumsiness, or maybe, just maybe she was interested in her.
Either way it made the girl feel something that she hasn't felt in a long time. Someone caring and confidence.
