Pein

I literally cannot fathom this man having sex, or at least not a lot of it.

Pein is absolutely into voyeurism. He enjoys watching you masturbating, but I speculate he won't intervene. I think it'll take a lot to convince him to please you in any type of way. I just don't see him having full-blown sex as everyday people do.

I consider that Pein is on the spectrum of asexuality. He doesn't feel a sexual bond tethered to you, because it's a sensual one that he feels. 

However, if you are the type that likes to touch or be touched when it comes to sex, he will gladly let you ride his thigh. Will occasionally finger you if he's feeling a little more sensual. When he fingers you, he explains every little detail about what you feel like around his fingers. Ride his thigh and he'll praise how well you fuck yourself. 

Zetsu

I feel like Zetsu is a voyeurist and a passive dacryphile. He utterly loves watching you engage in sexual acts without him, he finds it interesting and somewhat arousing. I think Zetsu is definitely intrigued by how humans react to sexual things. If you're an emotional person when you orgasm, he admires watching you get emotional. 

Zetsu's sexual drive itself isn't high. He doesn't completely understand his arousal, but he does know that watching and feeling you make him feel something more animalistic. I also believe Zetsu doesn't engage in full-blown sex simply because he prefers to observe the way you react than to get a reaction from himself. Itachi is a very sensual and vanilla sexual companion. I suppose his sex drive is a bit below average as he doesn't seek sex immediately. Itachi doesn't strictly think about the physicality side of sex, but of the connections that are spiritually and emotionally made.

Sex with Itachi is heavy and emotional. He tries to make sure the passion between you and him lasts for as long as you two can handle it. Although the sex with him is never truly rough or harmful, he still engages in intensive aftercare. 

I see a lot of people sexualizing the Sharingan, which I'm not pressed about, but I don't see Itachi using his Sharingan for anything other than fighting. Need I remind intense use of the Sharingan can be damaging? Besides, Itachi seeks 'natural' sex, not artificial. 

Itachi's orgasm hits him slowly and gradually. They last long and leave him feeling dazed. I think his fingers get that prickly feeling your leg gets when it begins to wake up after being sat on. Itachi's semen leaks from his body slowly and in small amounts. It is also more fluid than the average texture.
