Riverdale was a town of mysteries, whispers and secrets. So it isn't surprising when a mysterious teenage girl suddenly appears on its streets. Veronica Lodge had moved to the little town in hope of a new start, new friendships, new love.
The raven haired girl enters the royal apartment that is the Pembrooke. She hesitantly examines her new home. Veronica isn't certain, she can get used to these cold, majestic marble walls and columns. The next day, she would be attending to Riverdale High, the local Highschool. The first persons name she should know should be Betty Coopers.

I push the heavy doors open and take a step into the main hall and foyer of my new school. After laying my eyes on the banners at the walls, I start approaching a kind looking guy with short brown hair. Good looking, I guess.
"Uh, hi." I say unsurely to him.
The boy smiles widely.
"Hey," He says. "You're new, aren't you?"
I frown and smile at the same time.
"I am indeed," I say. "How do you know?"
"This town is so small, here everyone knows everyone, new girl." Says the boy. I smile.
"Good to know." I say. "I'm Veronica Lodge, by the way."
I shake his hand.
"Kevin Keller," Says Kevin. "Sheriff's son and only gay kid at this school."
I laugh at the comment.
"Oh, I almost forgot the reason I approached you," I say. "I wanted to ask where the principals office is. There is someone supposed to give me a tour."
Kevin smirks.
"Oh yeah," He says. "That someone is my best friend Betty Cooper, but the office is at the end of this hallway."
Kevin points at something behind me and I turn around shortly to see the office at the end of the packed hallway.
"Thank you, Kevin." I say.
"Always, Veronica." He says. "But I've got to go now, bye."
He waves and I wave back. At least I know someone friendly already.I enter the principals office, I was supposed to get to ten minutes ago.
A strict looking man looks up from his paperwork as I slowly push the glassed door open.
No one else is here yet, so I might not be as late as I thought.
"Um.. hello." I say and approach the principal. "I'm Veronica Lodge.."
"Ms. Lodge." Says principal Weatherbee. "I have been waiting for you. Your tour guide, Elizabeth Cooper, will be here any minute. Take a seat."
The man points to one of the two seats in front of his wide desk. I slide on the chair and look down.
What will this Cooper girl loom like?
What will be she like?
Will we get along?
I start drowning in my thoughts, as a knock on the door interrupts them. I immediately look up and watch a tall skinny girl with a blonde ponytail enter the study.
She looks innocent and quiet, but beautiful. She looks like she has a story to tell, but she doesn't look like everyone knows it already. I can assume what kind of girl Betty Cooper is. I like it.
Betty Cooper takes the seat next to me, while my eyes lay on her trembling body.
As she sits, the first thing she does is look at the man in front of her and then at me.
Her eyes meet mine. Her eyes. A deep, light green. I could stare at her eyes forever, get lost in its depth and infinity.
For five exact seconds, our eyes lay on each other. It's a moment of magic.
It is the moment I know, I want to know more about Betty Cooper. I am curious about her eyes and its magic.•B
I jog down the emptied hallways. My mother had the usual talk about college and grades with me, until the last minute, so I am a little bit late on the first day of school. I am supposed to give the new girl, Veronica Lodge, a tour.
I am her tour guide, so I should've been there before her, but I guess it's too late for that now.
I reach principal Weatherbees office and slowly push the door open to see a gorgeous raven haired girl turn to me.
I don't pay attention to her at first, and quickly sit down on the empty seat next to me.
After looking at the principals strict expression, I look to my side.
My eyes meet Veronica Lodges. She has dark, precious eyes and long black eyelashes. I almost get stuck up in the deep colors and its magic, until we break our eye contact five seconds later.
I need to know more about her. About her curious eyes.•V
"So what is Riverdale like?" I ask the ponytail girl as we walk down the abandoned hallways.
Betty looks at me.
"Pretty boring." She says. "There-"
Before she can continue, a familiar boy appears behind her and cuts her off.
"-There is nothing but a cute 80's diner called Pop's, a cinema called the bijou and the drive in movie nights." Says Kevin while walking next to us. Betty stares at him confused. "I see, you've met Veronica, Betty." Continues Kevin.
"Yeah," Says Betty. "But how do you know her, Kev?"
"I asked him for the directions to the principals office earlier." I say, answering for Kevin Keller.
He just nods smiling.
Betty looks at me and then at Kevin, then at me again.
"Veronica," She says and I smile at her. "Do you want to sit with us at lunch? It's to your advantage to not be alone. You don't want to be Cheryl Blossoms new victim."
I smirk. "Whoever that is," I say. "I would love to sit with you guys. Is there anyone else I should know about?"
"Yes," Says Kevin. "Cheryl Blossom- the demon queen of Highschool, a real Heather Chandler. Archie Andrews, our best friend, just as Jughead Jones- he is asexual so don't even try- and there is a couple biker gangs, you should stay away from for your own safety."
I nod slowly.
"Thank you for baptizing me with the holy Highschool water, guys." I say and grin at my new friends.
"Always for new queen Jesus." Says Kevin. "Okay this is way too many Jesus jokes. I am sorry and I pray for forgiveness for using your name, oh holy father."
Kevin folds his hands and prays to heaven. I laugh.
"Bless you, my child." I say and I hear Bettys beautiful laugh again.
