Y/N's POV
"Sana-ssi" I called her, "yes Y/N ssi?". "Let's go to the amusement park, i'll treat you whatever you want" and her face lit up, "sure babe" she said. "Let's meet at the nearest convience store in you house".
We arrived at the amusement park, and there's only few people here. It's good so we can enjoy our quality time together. "Yah, what are you doing? Let's ride the vikings" she excitedly said.
We sat at the last row, she hed my hands because she said that she's a little scared and she also wanted to hold my hand. Her hands were so soft that I wanted to hold it forever.
She screamed when it became higher amd faster. I squeezed her hand and that's a sign that I am here, sweetly smiled at her.
After the ride, she also wanted to try the roller coaster. She also screamed and screamed especially when the ride is going down.
"Y/N, I want to eat churros" I quickly gave her some money and she buyed some. Then, after buying she quickly clinged into me. I am falling deeper Sana, even though we've been dating for years. I still felt butterflies in my stomach.
"Hey Sana, let's buy some mickey mouse cap and after that let's go to ferris wheel" I invited her. I buyed her a mickey mouse cap and she looks cute.
After buying some tickets for ferris wheel, I intertwined our hands and she quickly blushed. "You're blushing babe" I teased her. "Noooooo, I am not blushing" she defended, "okay okay i don't want you to get angry"
The ferris wheel started, it was already night time, we can see the view of Seoul. It was very perfect just like the girl beside me.
Her head is in my shoulder, I can't help but to blush.
"Sana, you know what. Were dating for years and everytime you do something sweet there's always butterflies in my stomach" she looked at me while smiling.
Here we go again, that stare of her. I really love that stare. "you don't know how much you changed me, you really mean a lot to me" she started to get teary. "I can't wait to marry you, but I guess I can't do it" I mumbled the last part.
"I love you so much Sana, I don't know what my life would be if there is no Sana. No Sana, No life" I sang her the last part then she giggled. "Please take care of yourself and don't let anyone drag you done. I'm always here for you, always remember that." My tears started to fall while looking at her.
The night sky is perfect for this moment. Yo say the sweetest word for the sweetest girl. "Are you saying goodbye?" she asked, and I just stayed silent. I can feel that something bad will happen. So I need to say the words, I've been wanting to tell Sana.
"I've been always thanking God, that He gave me you. He gave me a beautiful, pretty, kind, gorgeous, sweet and perfect girlfriend" I said to her. "For the last time, I love you so much Sana" I kissed her soft lips. The most perfect and sweet lips. After a minute, I already broke the kiss.
She smiled sweetly to me and I quickly have her the last peck.
SANA's POV
Y/N brought me home, I can't help but to remember all the things she said to me. It felt like she is saying goodbye. But I chose not to think negatively.
Y/N already left after driving me home. I remembered that kiss. Her lips is so sweet that I wanted to kiss everyday, I am so thankful that I have her.
My phone rang, I am feeling nervous. I saw the caller ID and it was Y/N. "Hello?" I answered, "Is this Y/N's girlfriend?" I heard a girl asked on the other line.
"Yes, why?" I asked her, "Miss, Y/N got into a accident. A truck hit her and the truck driver is drunk. Please go here at XXX hospit—" I quickly ended the call and asked my parents to drove me to the address that the girl gave me.
"Excuse me miss, where is KIM Y/N?" I asked one of the nurse. And she quickly told me where Y/N was. It was a surgery room, the nurse told me that there were so many glasses that were in Y/N's stomach. I cried and my parents hugged me.
While waiting for the surgery, Y/N's parents came. Her mother were crying and hugged me. The surgeon suddenly came out of the room. My heartbeat is not normal.
"Sorry, but—" I quickly cutted him, "WHAT SORRY!?!?" I shouted then suddenly my parents calmed me down. "I'm sorry, Y/N didn't make it. She loss too much blood" The surgeon said and I felt like my world crashed.
"C-can I see her for the last moment?" I asked the surgeon. He suddenly nodded and I quickly ran into Y/N, I saw her lifeless body with full of blood. I can't hep but to cry.
"Y/N PLEASE WAKE UP!!!" I cried while shaking her body, "WHY DID YOU LEFT ME?!?! DID YOU REALLY MEANT THE WORDS YOU WERE SAYING EARLIER?!?! WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS!!" I weakly said. Then I saw her and my parents were crying too while holding Y/N's lifeless body.
I kissed her cheeks, I don't care even if her cheeks has many blood. "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH Y/N, ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT" after saying that, darkness were slowly consuming me.
