An lean spirit tom with an fiery pelt which burnt like the sun, came padding into the small clearing.

Dozens of other spirit cats awaited his arrival, all huddled together with anticipation.

Some had pelts on fire just like his, others had pelts glowing as the moon, others with pelts glistening as the twinkling stars in the night sky.

Following behind the flame colored tom was an old, huge tom with an pelt which glowed and twinkled.

"Tell them, Sun's Fire. They're waiting..." rasped the old tom.

Sun's Fire gave him a curt nod before facing all the attentive spirit cats which unblinkingly eyed him.

He had just come from talking with the old spirit tom, Moon's Glow, who stood behind him.

He thoughtfully narrowed his eyes, remembering the meeting.

Moon's Glow had been the leader of SprirtClan for so long...And now the time had finally came for him to appoint a new leader.

And that new leader would be Sun's Fire.

The cats of SpiritClan eagerly waited to find out if Moon's Glow had accepted him, though.

For Sun's Fire had to go through the 'Test of Trails' in order to be.

He slightly smiled, raising his chin.

He had passed the test, and the good news would be out in just a couple of heartbeats.

"Cats of SpiritClan..."began he. "I have passed the Test of Trails!"

Instantly cheers broke out.

Moon's Glow had to step forward and hold his tail up for silence in order for them to quieten down.

"And since Sun's Storm has passed the test, and is now our new leader, he will be picking another cat to help rule by his side."

Sun's Storm automatically grinned, already knowing who he'd be choosing.

His gaze swept over the endless crowd of spirit cats, just for it to land on an beautiful she-cat who had the same pelt as him.

Sun's Storm, he thought while meeting eye contact with his sister.

Who else would he pick to rule by his side other than his littermate?

"Sun' Storm," he decided out loud, giving a firm nod.

Moon's Glow arched an eyebrow and grunted. "Sure?"

"Most definitely."
Sun's Fire's ears twitched.
"She's my sister. I'm more than sure about her and my choice."
