Chapter 13: The Bad News Never Ends

 A few hours went by and they all fell asleep in their chairs but I stayed up. I couldn't sleep with everything going on. Tony had cradled me in his arms as he fell asleep but his grip loosened and his arms fell to the side of the chair. For some reason, my stomach was hurting. I started gagging and I ran to the bathroom. I locked myself in one of the stalls and vomited. Some of the nurses were wondering if I was ok and I told them I was fine. After I knew there was no one else in the bathroom, I left the stall and washed my hands and gargled water. I was going to leave when there was a nurse standing at the door staring at me with her arms crossed.

 Nurse: You are not ok

 Y/N: It's whatever. I'll be fine

 Nurse: That sounded bad. You need to get checked out. Follow me

 No matter how hard I tried, I wouldn't be able go back to the room without a checkup. She took me to an empty room and ran some tests

 Nurse: Well, the tests show that you have recently been intoxicated and you are slightly dehydrated. And by your medical information, you are under age which means you are too young to drink

 I sighed and ducked my head

 Nurse: Don't worry. I won't tell but stay sober next time

 I nodded

 Nurse: Are you here visiting anyone?

 Y/N: My friend. She had passed out because of mental pressure and dehydration. She is also pregnant so we were a little worried about that. The baby's father, my boyfriend, our friends, and I are here. They're all asleep in her room literally piled on top of each other.

 Nurse: That's nice

 Y/N: It's been a lot more stressful than you think. It's been a long two days.

 Nurse: And that is none of my business. What I'm going to do is give you a walkable IV so you can walk around as you please while you are getting hydrated.

 Y/N: Can't I just drink water?

 Nurse: Why do I believe you are not going to do that?

 Y/N: True

 Nurse: And plus, I'm required to give a patient an IV if they are dehydrated

 Y/N: Ok, fine

 She hooked me up to an IV

 Nurse: You will keep that on until your visit is over. We will send you your insurance bill, which won't be much, to your address and you have a better night

 Y/N: Thank you

 I hopped off the bed and went back to the room. Everyone was still asleep and in the same positions. I picked up the IV so the wheels wouldn't squeak across the floor. I made my way back to Tony and sat as gently as I could on him. He woke up a little bit and looked at me. He smiled and got comfortable again. I got comfortable and kissed him gently. A smile was plastered across his face and I barried my nose into his neck. He wrapped his arms around my body and we both fell asleep. About an hour went by when I woke up. I checked the time and it was 6:55 am. I looked around and everyone was still asleep except for Ondre. He was sitting there looking at Liv hoping she will wake up soon. I stood up, trying not to wake Tony. I walked over to Ondre, grabbed both his hands, and stood him up. He gave me a confused look, looked at my IV, and I whispered into his ear

 Y/N: Let's get some air

 Ondreaz: Wha-

 Y/N: Shh

 I walked him and my IV outside and we sat on the bench

 Ondreaz: Why are you uh...

 He looked at my IV

 Y/N: I puked... again and they told me a was a little dehydrated so I have to have this until we leave. They wouldn't let me just drink water. They said it was a "ReQuIrEmEnT"

 I mocked the nurses and he smiled weakly

 Y/N: How are you holding up?

 Ondreaz: Sleeping helped

 Y/N: Yeah? I only got an hour of sleep. I don't need sleep anyway. I stayed up all night hoping she would wake up

 He wrapped his arm around me and I laid on his shoulder

 Ondreaz: I've been thinking of baby names

 Y/N: Well, I told Liv some names and she loved them. I don't know if yours are as good as mine

 I poked at his stomach

 Y/N: But I think she would still love to hear your ideas. I mean, it's not my kid, so it's not my decision

 Ondreaz: Well, we need all the help we can get

 Y/N: And we'll all be here

 We sat in silence for a few minutes when I started to drift away to sleep. Before I could fall asleep completely, Ondre woke me up

 Ondreaz: You need some more sleep

 Y/N: No, I'm fine. I just need some coffee

 Ondreaz: Y/N, you need to sleep. That's not healthy

 Y/N: I'll be fine trust me

 Ondreaz: Y/N, please?! I already have to worry about enough right now and I can't worry about you. You all are important to me and worrying about all the important people in my life will send me over the edge and I care about you too much to even let yourself go through it.

 I finally opened my eyes and listened to him. We all are already going through a lot and adding to the situation won't make it any better

 Ondreaz: Just... please go get some sleep? And I'll go get you some water

 I nodded

 Y/N: Ok

He helped me up and we went back to the room.Nick, Thomas, and Avani were awake but everyone else was asleep. He went to getme the water and I laid back down on Tony. I dozed off and eventually fellasleep.
