Excuse Me Sir, but You Are My What?!?!

Natsu was strangely quiet and held his head down as Gray placed me on my seat I leaned forward and hesitated for bit before patting him on the head he looked up slowly.

"What's wrong?" I asked he tensed up and faced away from me. I grabbed his chin so we have eye contact.

"Natsu?" I raised my brow at him.

"I'm sorry," he mumbled.

"For what?"

"I didn't know that when you use your powers... That it kills you." I quickly shot a look at Gray and he rubbed the back of his neck trying to avoid my death stare. I sighed and faced Natsu once more.

"Look I'll be lying if I said that when I use my demonic powers it doesn't affect me, but I don't want to hear that from you." I released his face, "it's something that can't be helped."

"Yeah but I'm the one that made you fight me!" He said regretful.

"Yeah and I decided to fight you."

"But you were losing control!" He put his face into his hands, "and I also hurt you." He mumbled in his hands.

"I just wanted to have fun, I didn't mean for that to happen," his voice laced with regret.

"NATSU!"I shouted as a slammed both my hands on the table, "I've dealt with worse." I faced him with an emotionless face and reached down and pulled my shirt up and ripped the bandages of my torso opening some of my cuts in the process revealing all the scars on my body. His eyes wide open in shock.

"I've been tortured, cut open, beaten, burned you name it," I pointed to my fresh cuts, "So this is child's play in comparison."

I let go of my shirt and walked around the table and pull Natsu into a hug.

"I hadn't had this much fun since, ever," I can feel him relax in my arms and hugs me back.

"So" I said as I pulled back from Natsu and reached for the flyer that I took earlier and started skimming through it.

"Keiko what does the flyer say?" Lucy asked leaning over trying to read the flyer.

"The objective is to bring back a stolen family treasure that was taken by a bunch of thugs."

"And the reward?"

"The pay is 5,000,000" I said blankly as everyone was excitingly talking about the job I was searching for my things Gray took notice and pulled out my backpack from under the table.

"Looking for this?" He said as he tossed it to me. I caught it and searched for my handgun and dagger Gray smirked.

"All your ‘toys’ are in there," a smile played on his lips.

"Thank you lackey," I smirked back at him, “well I'm off." I waved at the group who looked at me bewildered as I walked away.

"What?" They all said in unison Lucy ran up in front of me making me stop in my tracks.

"You're going alone?"

"Yes…"

"But it's your first job!"

"What does that have to do with anything?" I raised my brow at her I hear footsteps coming closer from behind.

"You should go with all of us for your first job!" Natsu tugged my arm.

"Aye sir!" Happy shouted flying above us.
