Life surprises us in so many ways. Minsan, ang pagtupad ng ating mga hinihiling, at minsan ay ang mga hindi natin inaasahan at ni hindi inasam. Minsan magpapasaya ito ng lubos at minsan naman ay magdudolot ng sobrang sakit. And we can't escape our fate. We just have to accept everything and learn from it. God's plans are oftentimes, spontaneous. You won't really know what's in store for you.
I stood up from the pew and looked at the altar and the white dress sister Aimy gave me, for the last time. My heart ached at that thought. Mahirap at masakit. Maybe this not the place destined for me. Maybe this is not how God wants me to serve and worship him. Maybe I am not worthy to be in here. Maybe I won't be the person whom I thought I would be.
"Let's go?"
Tears pooled in my eyes when I saw him. He held my hand and smiled happily.
Minsan naiisip ko, siguro ay hindi ko lubusang mahal ang Diyos. I was ready serve him all my life but, He surprised me. Siguro ay may ibang plano siya para sa akin. And His plan for me, is standing in front of me, holding my hand.
Hindi ko maiwasan ang paghikbi.
"I thank God everyday for you." I whispered to him.
