It was October 26th, the most rainiest & spookiest time of the year. Everyone was out, finding cute costumes and decorations for all the parties that were suppose to be taking place on the 31st. Most people were in good spirits, happily living their lives as Halloween suddenly started to approach. The whole city was excited about the functions that were about to take place, except for one girl, Cameron.

"Why are you thinking about it so much?" Kylan asked while making deep eye contact with Cameron.

"You know why. I don't really trust people like that, plus I just got out of a  miserable predicament with someone, so why would I just hop into another one?" Cameron responded in a low tone voice.

"Cam, you need to let that hurt go! Just go on the date and have fun, you don't have to take the girl serious." Kylan says.

"I just don't know, I'm really not trying to take anyone serious right now." Cameron slightly slouches in her chair, giving Kylan a sorrowful look.

"Listen, if you're really that skeptical and feel like you can't do it, I'll go with you." Kylan says rolling her eyes at Cameron.

"Really? You would do that for me? Okay cool, I'll go then." Cameron said with a smile approaching across her face.

"What time were you supposed to meet her?" Kylan asks.

"Um, in like a hour." Cameron softly says in a low voice.

"A HOUR?! You're kidding! Sis, you need to get dressed, fix your hair, change your outfit...lets go!" Kylan quickly leaps out the dining room chair grabbing onto Camerons wrist, pulling her from off her seat.

"Wait, wait, wait. I'm not changing, i'm just gonna go like this. She not all that to be getting cute for, I really don't even wanna go anyways because I'm not interested." Cameron removes herself from the seat, snatching her wrist from in-between Kylan's hand, and stands firmly in front of her.

Kylan raises her eyebrows, looking Cameron up and down. Her face begins to frown up from the look of Cameron's outfit.

"Mm, okay girl. You really gone run her off with that shit you got on foreal." Kylan says as she turns around walking up the stairs to her room.

Cameron lets out a small giggle, and shakes her head from Kylan being super overdramatic. She slowly pulls her phone out of her back pocket, unlocking it, and goes to her messages to text the girl she's supposed to be meeting. Before typing her message, Cameron takes a deep breath and begins to type her message to let her know that she was down for the movies tonight. When she finishes typing, she sends the message and places her phone face down on the table. Not even two seconds later she felt her phone vibrate on the table. Reaching over to pick it up, she wonders if this girl has friends or not because she always texts her back fast, its like she's waiting for Cameron's text or something. Unlocking her phone, she reads the message and responds back letting her know that she'll meet her there soon.

"I told her I was coming!" Cameron yells loud enough for Kylan to hear her.

"Okay good, did you tell her I was coming too so she can bring me a man?" Kylan says but in a joking manner.

"Hell no, why would I tell her you're coming? Thats gonna kill the whole vibe." Cameron shouts loudly.

"Oh so now bitches wanna vibe? Girl, please." Kylan began to walk back downstairs, and over to where Cameron was standing.

"Girl fuck a vibe, I'm just going so she can stop double texting me and shit. I knew I shouldn't have let you give her my number in the first place." Cameron says.
