Ecstatic. Knowing that she got a man to believe in her. And since this man believes in Allie, it made it easier to get signatures from others. What truth was that? She even got the Prime Minister of her country, Ahmed Obeid bin Daghr, as well as the President, Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi. Though many people Allie asked turned her down while they laughed at her.

One woman specifically made a lasting impression. The woman who was visiting from London wanted to leave but unable. This should give her every reason to want to sign, but maybe being Western, and agreeing more with them. When I asked for her help she turned to me and said, "You stupid child. If the UN thought it necessary to help they would. Stop this and follow their example." Not many, but some had the same notation. They believed the UN as a second God and believed that they would help when they were ready.

After the third week, the food now was almost gone in all of the countries. As Allie walked down a familiar street, her eyes remained one the uneven cobblestone dancing among the glass shards. Looking at the place she shopped so many times, now closed. All stores were now closed in the fear of looters or vandalizes. Making her way to the location, set up by the UN, she now had to present what people thought of the UN and it was more nerve-wracking than what she had to do. The building too was a lot to take in.

A crumbling building that used to serve as their embassy to England, now only had one room. For Allie the longer she stood outside made it all scarier. Working up her nerves, she stepped up to the door and knocked once, then twice then once again. The door opened and a Yemen military officer. He swept his hand to allow her to move in and into a conference room. Her dream! While Allie was internally celebrating, she didn't realize that the entirety of the United Nations council was watching her.

"Ms. Allie, we have heard of your journey to help your country. We would like to see what you accomplished," an ambassador said. Allie stepped up, took, and unfolded the paper. "That is an impressive number of signatures, many agree with you. What is the final total of signs."

"In all, I got 2,489 signatures. They took a long time to get. The first one I got was after twenty failed attempts," Allie stated. Trying not to boast but show her accomplishment. The men and women on the screen leaned in closer. Allie, hoping they saw what they wanted, watched them discuss, whatever they discuss.
