About Evelyn - Evelyn is Romeo Beckham's twin sister. As well as her brother she has epilepsy but from a problem in the pregnancy, she was born with a fainting issue. She faints rather than having a seizure. If she gets too hot, stressed out or is met with a lot of bright flashing lights she can faint. When she goes somewhere where their will be a lot bright lights, she will take medication.
