A Brithday Party | Damien x Will

Chapter 1: The Loud Surprise

It was a quite, icy day in winter, as the wind forcefully howled against Damiens window.

He slowly opened his eyes and immidiently covered them again with his arm.

After he managed to get himself out of bed, he went on to wash his face, put on his clothes and prepared all the other little thing he had to prepare in such mornings.

Today again, he could feel it in his bones.

The feeling of holding on, of waiting for something to happen day after day, that constintly surrounded the palace.

The white hairred boy looked out of one of the many huge windows he passed by while walking down the hallway.

It looked gloomy out there, he was actually happy he didn't had to go outside today.

After that thought had just left his mind, he arrived at his first destination of the day, the small dinning room.

He was always the first person to get there since he was up so early.

Standing infront of his door, reaching for the door knob when suddenly a noise appeard, "wumps!!" a female voice whispere yelled back "Shh!?! Now watch your steps! You almost broke the plates!" "Sorry" another voice answered back.

*Is that Monica? It seem so. And Will?.. what are they doing in there* He thought, being probably unnecessery suspicious.

After a small hesitate that was triggered by his train of thought, he again reached his hand to open the door...

BUUMMMM "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAMIEN!!" Monica and Will scream!

Damien was terrified.

The air was filled with confetti of all colors.

They decorated the whole room and hanged up a sign saying "SURPRISE".

Indeed, Damien was suprised, maybe even shocked. He totally forgot it was his birthday.

And he also forgot that he told Monica when his birthday was, back when he was forced to play that silly Truth or Dare game with them.

He never had to worry about anybody doing anything embarrasing to him on his birthday, which he hated, because he never told anyone.

But even though he never liked making a fuss of his birthday he was a little happy indeed.

"W-what are you guys doing?" He said, still in shock from the scream and with a red painted face.

"We are throwing you a birthday party!" Will said.

"Isn't it obvious Damien? Since you finally told us when your birthday was, we thought we'd celebrate with you! You never celebrate, Isn't it time?" Monica said with a wide, wise smile on her face.

Will pointing to the table with a couple of plates and flowers "We also got you chocolate cake, It'll come soon, we thought you'd probably like it!"

Very true, he loved chocolate cake.
