The Monster

Chapter 1

Darkness slowly creeps into the sky as time gets later and later I look over my shoulder every few seconds to make sure no one is following me home, I hear a car slowly start driving next to me and I quicken my pace "What does this person want?!" I think to myself. Suddenly I hear a scream "BLAIR! HEYYyyYY!" that familiar voice is that? "Katy what are you doing?" she looks at me with her mood all over the place "I'm DrIvInG sIlLy" she replies is she..."Katy are you drunk?" I ask with concern suddenly the car comes to a halt and I see Katy she fell asleep "What am I going to do with you?" I think she shouldn't be driving while drunk especially at night. 

I get in the driver's seat and buckle Katy in the passenger seat next to me, I start driving to my place I know her parents won't be happy with her drunk. Once I pull up in the driveway I help Katy get inside and into my spare guestroom and let her rest, I slowly shut the door and make my way to bed. 

(Next morning)

I wake up to a crash I jolt up out of bed and rush to the kitchen to see Katy trying to make breakfast but miserably failed and Burt everything along with a broken piece of glass. I sigh "Katy go have a shower you smell terrible I have some spare clothes in my closet, Breakfast will be ready when you come back" I start to clean up the mess when I hear "Sorry Blair" I turn my head "Hey it's fine don't worry I don't blame you" She smiles and makes her way to the bathroom. I make a delicious Egg on toast with bacon for the both of us as soon as Katy sees the food she digs right in eating like a pig but with manners. I chuckle and eat mine. 

I clean up, get dressed, and ready to go out with Katy to the beach, I take in the smell of the saltwater and dig my toes into the sand and sigh. "My Home," I think. "C'mon Blair come for a swim!" Katy yells from the water "eh why not" I take off my shirt that is over my swimwear and run into the water to join Katy. Time flies by fast and we need to head home, the sky grows dark and as we start walking back to car Katy decides to drive home I say I'm fine walking it only takes 5 minutes to get home.  Katy drives off and I start walking back home but the night seems to come faster and faster. Suddenly I hear a snap and fast footsteps so I fasten my pace but then the footsteps start running that then sets a red flag for me and I immediately start running. I go in the opposite direction of my home and start running into the place I thought I would never go in..The Woods but it's my only way to survive so I keep running but then the trees stop and I see a house that looks so old almost ancient but it looks abandoned so I head in.
