Two days had gone by after their confessions, it seems like they magically forget how to breathe each time they're away from each other.

Jimin loved it when they cuddle in his or Taehyung's room until they fall asleep , when they steal kisses in the hallway before they hear Jin's footsteps, or when they hold hands secretly under the table during a meal.

Jimin felt alive and he loved being in love.

Taehyung would visit him during work or he would visit Taehyung in his store. They just can't get enough of seeing each other's faces. Sadly that means Jimin feels paranoia got worse even at small things, that being Taehyung coming home late or even if they're walking together in town he's extra insecure if people are looking at them.

He fears that Taehyung would be taken away from him in a second or disappear from his sight. He'd grown extra possessive too each time he sees a costumer being extra friendly to his Taehyung. His brain chanting "mine mine mine mine" over and over again until Taehyung would notice the weird way he's acting and give him a back hug with a chaste peck on his cheek when he's sure no one is looking their way.

He wants to live like this forever. Maybe the gods above would be forgiving. Maybe they would allow him to have Taehyung as his happiness. Maybe someone above would let him keep Taehyung.

Jungkook, on the other hand, is restless. He feels like he's about to explode any minute now. He cursed at himself for being too observant for his own good. His brain screams at him every time Taehyung and Jimin thinks no one saw them holding hands. He's not mad, he's just . . . restless.  He always finds himself dozing off at work or simply spacing out.

He knows he should stop having silly crushes at someone who already has a lover. He knows that. But this is Park Jimin we're talking about. The person he has a crush on since sixteen. The person he loved. The person he's willing to let go. He  realized that loving someone is when the other's happiness is more important than your own.

"Stop pestering me, kid. Go play with yarns or something." Yoongi swatted Jimin's hand when the latter can't keep them off of Yoongi's freshly baked cookies.

It's three in the afternoon of a Sunday morning which means they're all in the mansion and off work. Jin invited Yoongi to help him with meals and snacks. They were all against the idea of hiring a cook from the start (in Jin's dismay) since they all prefer Jin's style of cooking. Sometimes Jin wonders how Taehyung would know when he's not the one who cooked their meals.

"But I'm hungry." Jimin crossed his arms on his chest. "And there is more than enough for everyone. I'm only taking one cookie."

Yoongi looked at him, still wearing that blank expression on his face. " Ok, fine." He surrendered. He gave Jimin a plate with only one cookie. "You got your damn cookie so get lost."

But instead, he only sat on a stool behind Yoongi and ate the pastry peacefully. When the latter noticed that he didn't leave the kitchen yet, he turned to look at him with a rolling pin in his hand.

"I thought I made myself clear? You got the cookie. I expect you to leave me within five seconds." He pointed at the open door with the rolling pin. "One, Two, Five. Get. Out." He emphasized every syllable.

Jimin didn't say anything, didn't even look at him. He continued to eat the chocolate crinkles in delight. "Last time I checked you don't own the kitchen and I can be anywhere i want to be. What's wrong with having someone to supervise you, Yoongi?"

There was something in the way Jimin said his name that Yoongi didn't like. But they started on the wrong foot so he brushed the attitude off.

"Your presence really irks me. That is enough reason for me to send you out, Jimin."

Jimin doesn't mind formalities, being called Master Park inside the mansion does not greatly affect him, nor if one address him with Jimin only. But he would never imagine (no, honestly he's not surprised) that Yoongi would be the first one to call him by his first name other than his friends. Because they are not friends.

"Stop making a fuss about it and just do your thing. I promise you won't even hear me breathing."

Yoongi looked like he thought about it before turning his back towards Jimin again. He continued with making the cookies for snack time.

The real reason Jimin is watching his every move is because he finds Yoongi funny. The disturbing kind of funny. Not the kind to make you laugh and feel very bubbly. He wonders why no one notices this except for him.

Maybe it's their first encounter and Jimin is still salty about it. Maybe it's the way Yoongi only dresses in black which makes his pale skin look even paler. Maybe because he acts too rude to Jimin. Maybe it's his face that's lacking emotions. Maybe it's just his vibes that sends Jimin in an uncomfortable state.

Or maybe it's the first sentence he said to Jimin. "We ran out of peaches." Maybe it's the way he knew what Jimin was looking for at that moment even though Jimin never said out loud he was looking for peaches.

If anything, his presence should be irking Jimin and he has the audacity to complain about it.

"Young master Park, someone sent you a basket of fresh Freesias and Jasmine. They left it outside the gates with a note." Jimin heard Louis call him.

Flowers? He instantly thought of Taehyung and smiled but it faltered once he realized that Taehyung is in his room having his nap.

With a last glance at Yoongi, which the other male returned, he finally left the kitchen and went to the first floor where he saw Helen Holding a basket with a smile. He took the basket from her and brought it to the study room. He realized Helen followed him inside when he took a sit.

"Does young master finally have a love interest? That would be a wonderful news for everyone. Who might be the lucky lady?" Helen always had a cheerful tone.

Jimin can't help himself but cringe when she mentioned lady. Oh if they only knew. "I don't think so. It's just a token of gratitude from people I helped. Would you mind making me coffee, Helen?"

She left with a bow and closed the door of the study room behind her. The fragrance of the flowers, especially the Jasmine invaded Jimin's nose and it smelled wonderful. It wasn't the first time he received something because of his work but they would often give it to him personally. Jimin thinks maybe they're too shy to do that.

He almost forgot they sent a note with it. Jimin loves reading letters and now he wore a smile again at the thought. It gives him motivation to help more people and encourages him to keep doing it.

But for the umpteenth time this day, his smile faded.

The note wasn't long to his dismay. It only consisted of three words written in golden ink that shines when the sunlight reflects on it.
