Suzy's P.O.V's
So here we were sitting in this huge room families usually have their first official meetig for marriages. Of course I'm confused because my brother never mentioned getting married. In my confusion I turn to my mom. "What's happening is Sangmoon getting married".
My mom simply cleared her throat and pretended not to hear me. Pouting I looked at my dad. "Dad, what's going on." he couldn't ignore his babygirl.
"Well you see-" he began but was cut off when another familiy came in. They walked in with uneasy smiles, clearly guilty as charged. A young man who was hard not to recognize followed closely behind his handsome father. Confusion written on his face.
"Mom what's going on" I turned to look my mom once more. She ignored me once more, doing all she could to avoid my gaze. She looked up and down then to the family across us. I finally gave up and turned to my dad, again.
"Suji meet your fiancé Jongin" my father said in a low voice laced with guilt.
I looked up at Kai who looked bewildered for a second ut qiuckly hid it with a sly smile. Waving at her with a playful glint in his eyes he winked at her. You can say that that's when we layed the foundation of their game.
Putting out my hand for a shake I gave him a killer smile. They don't call me Nations First Love for nothing. "Hello Kai-shi I'm Suzy it's nice to officially meet you."
He gladly took her hand "Hello Suzy-shi it's nice to meet you as well." he held my hand a bit longer than he needed to, trying to get me flustered but I am not an easy woman. I didn't waver a bit and Kai smiled in admiration. He was cocky with it and I'm guessing that usually when he did that to a female girl group member they would blush and be smitten with joy.
"Don't you guys want to know why were marrying you off to each other?" Kai's mom who was totally confused along with the other parents. They had predicted that they were going to throw fits and whine but they were oddly calm and alright with everything.
"Not really" Kai and Suzy replied at the same time.
"Okay than they're okay with it. Kids your wedding is in a week. We've planned everything for you. Now let's let them have some time alone." Kai's dad who hadn't said anything finally spoke up, getting right to the point. He got up and dragged his wife away with him. My parents followed close behind.
We sat in the room a bit longer in silence sizing each other up. No one moved even a little bit, knowing the game already I made sure to stare straight back.
"Why are you okay with this marriage" Kai finally spoke giving in.
Knowing that I had won round one I let out a small celebratory smirk. "Why are you okay with this marriage?" I said leaning closer to Kai while propping my elbows on the table.
Kai followed my lead and also leaned in, laying his arms on top of each other on the table and raising his brow "I asked you first."
"I thought it will be fun, you also seem like a nice guy. Getting to know someone who was once unknown to you and maybe falling." I confessed "You?"
"Same Same." he smirked at me.
"Ay~ Don't lie~."
Kai pouted "But I'm not. I really do want to get to know you Kim Suji."
I vehently shook my head shuddering a bit inside. "I'm not a Kim till after the wedding."
"You will soon be so it doesn't matter."
"It does matter."
"It doesn't matter."
"Does."
"Doesn't."
"It so does."
"Okay," Kai finally gave in throwing his hands up in a surrender motion "It does Bae Suji."
I let out a giggle because of his cuteness. "So how do you plan to get to know me Kim Jongin?"
"Dad said the wedding is in one week right? I figured we could date during that time. We could at least get to know a little about each other." Kai straight forwardly answered her question.
"But how about if we don't have time?" I asked worried about our different schedules.
"I bet our marriage will be huge shock to everybody and it would take about a month to chill down. So I guess they'll give us about a three to five weeks of hiatus before we start our schedules because there is the wedding then theres the honeymoon."
I stared at him kind've suprised with his cool manner. With a slow calp I complimented him "You sound like you were the one who planned all of this."
Kai shrugged my words off with a smile. He got up and went to my side of the table taking my hand in his.
I took his hand with a roll of my eyes and we walked out together. Heading to the parking area until I abruptly stopped, a shocking thought came to my head. "I don't think our parents told our company's." I said in a worried tone not forgetting to use honorific's.
Kai sighed and turned to face me. "Okay before our date lets make pit stop at JYP."
"I don't think we'll be able to have a date after we tell them."
Kai sighed once again because although I was making this so complicated he knew I was right. "Then let's just go on the date. Than after the date let's go to JYP."
"Why JYP?" I asked again forgetting to use hornorifics,
"Because I think your boss is more calmer than mine. And when did you stop using honorific's. I'll stop too then."
