Third POV
~ Location - Fourth Floor ~
Bell: Behind You!
Evan quickly ducks down to dodge a leaping bite from a big lizard and swung his sword at the expose underbelly of the lizard, cleaving the lizard in half as it drop down.
Evan: Thanks for the heads up!
Bell: No problem!
Evan then approach the halved lizard and retrieve the magic stone and gave it to Bell to store it.
Evan: I think this will do, let's rest before we advance.
Bell: Gotcha.
Evan and Bell cleaned up whatever remained of the dead monster and set up a resting spot and then they took a look at what they have gotten so far.
Evan: It seems that we got enough to last the month if we're smart with the valis.
Bell then spoke with enthusiasm
Bell: But we're not gonna stop there!
Evan: "Yes, we're not." replied Evan with a small smile "So, ready to go to the next floor?"
Bell: You bet!
Evan: Then let's pick our things up and get going.
After picking up their stuff, Evan and Bell explore the 4th floor a bit until they got to the stairway that leads to the fifth floor. Bell went in first, followed by Evan. However, Evan can't help but feel something bad is going to happen and couldn't shake such a feeling off.
~ Location - Fifth Floor ~
Loki's Familia
Bete: HAH!
Bete quickly decapitates a minotaur's head, with Ais quickly following up from behind.
Ais: Is that the last one?
Bete took a sniff to the air and said.
Bete: No, there's one more! Come!
Ais nodded and quickly followed after Bete to the last minotaur.
Bete: "This way!" yelled Bete as he and Ais turn the corner and ran through the hall.
As they ran and got through the hall, they spot a minotaur about to smash a white hair adventurer.
Bete: A rookie?! This is bad! Ais!
Before Ais used her Ariel to close the gap, a familiar white hooded figure came out of nowhere and swiftly end the monster while splattering the rookie with all of its blood and gore.
????: You okay?
White Haired Rookie:.....!
Both Bete and Ais turns to look at each other before staring back at the duo.
~ Earlier ~
Evan: "How you holding up Bell?" Asked Evan as he picks up the magic cores from the monsters they have slain.
Bell: Yeah, I'm doing fine Evan, for better or worse.
Evan nods and continues his work.
Bell: Say Evan....
