Gran Torino is very selfish and ruined  All Might-

We see as soon as Gran Torino is mentioned All Might is terrified of him
All Might explained that Gran Torino constantly beat him up
And later in All Might rising we see proof that when All Might lost his master and this poor 18year old was crying Gran Torino literally was getting him to train screaming to him to prepare and stop mourning
He refused to let All Might cry
He was traumatised by loosing his master and his sub master just told him to suck it up and keeping moving. Shut up stop crying

Gran Torino is not a hero, he even says he got his lience for his own selfish desires
Gran Torino could possibly be a psyiopath
He doesn't have connections to people
He just sees it as - save one person move to the next
Which we see All Might does to Deku in ep 1 and 2
Gran Torino sees saving people as a job
Its not about lives and that's he taught all might

And all might this poor baby has a great sweet heart but he has no idea how to be human and care about people since his horrible sub master just made him suck it up

All Might didn't not care about Deku when he met him
His master just shut all might down when ever he tried to.

He taught All Might in the ways that he believes
Which is not how all might needed to be taught
Well he did but he went over board and that's why some people see all might as a fake hero, he's not
He just wasn't taught how to cope  with his feelings
