Continuation from previous chapter

Both were lost in that moment .... he leaned towards her a little bit & she leaned towards him a little bit ..... their lips were inches a part .... both can listen to their heart beats which were racing as if they were participating in some marathon ......

Automatically both of them closed their eyes while decreasing the distance between the lips .... but suddenly Avni pushed him with such a force that he fell on the chair near the dining table while she just ran to her room ......

He was sitting there & looking around the house .... he was unable to understand what was just happened now ? He was sure that their feelings were mutual, then why did she push him away ? He had decided to confront her ......

On the other hand, she just stood near the door & was recollecting their close proximity which they were in few minutes back .... how can she do that ? How can she get melted in his touch & how can she loose herself when he is around ?

No she can't do that, she had to be very careful .... thinking this she wiped away her tears which were flowing down her cheek since she entered into this room ....

Avni's PoV

Avni you can't loose your self infront of him, you've to be very careful & also try to maintain distance from him ..... you know how he is & still you're becoming weak when he is around you .... no, I can't let this happen .....

I cannot fall for Him again ..... & I will not let him break my heart this time like he did 10 years ago !!!

She went outside but not before checking herself in the mirror for one last time ....... as soon as she entered the living room, she saw him sitting on the couch & playing a game on his mobile ......

See how he is playing like nothing happened few minutes back .... he haven't changed a bit .... he doesn't care about anyone's feelings, every time it's about Him ..... She murmured under her breath while glaring at him .....

He turned in her direction as if he sensed her presence .... well to be frank he can easily find her even if she is in huge crowd ..... that is what we call a soul connection, right ?

Hey why are standing there, come here .... He said while tapping the empty space beside to him

Why did you come & what do you want ? .... she asked while glaring at him

Whoa, directly came to the point ... it's okay never mind ..... he said while looking at her intently

It's been already 5 mins & there was absolute silence, they were just staring at each other .... she is the one who broke their moment ... She cleared her throat before speaking ....

I'm waiting for your answer ? ..... She said while looking at him

I came for you .... He replied while winking at her

What do you mean ? .... she asked while frowning

He didn't reply her immediately, he was just staring at her ... & here she was waiting for him to answer ....... he was testing her patience & she is not at all liking it ....

None dare to mess with her but here we're talking about The Neil Khanna, whose favourite pass time is teasing Avni Mehta .... but mind you, she is a lady don ..... So both are equal .....
