Me, You & Our Drive Song

PROLOGUE

You ever get in your car and scroll through your playlist hoping to find that one song that will make the drive even more enjoyable? Yep, that’s me, Adi, a certified music and long drives fanatic.

I’ve always loved music ever since I was young but unlucky as I was, I was not born with a talent in the aspect of music. Ni hindi nga ako makakanta na hindi parang nagtutula, kahit musical instruments, hindi ko magawa pero I always take pride in what I do with music, I listen to it, understand it and embrace it. Songs are special to me, they're the emotions in my heart with beautiful melodies.

"Asan na ba si Zoe, antagal talaga ng gagong yon" habang naghihintay, sumabay na lang ako sa kanta ko.

"Madam, sorry natagalan hehe. Humingi pa ako ng baon kay mama. Tara na." Pumasok na siya sa loob. "Ganda ng mood ah. Nice music, vro"

"Hahahahahaha gago ka" palagi talaga akong inaasar ng leche nato, "kapag ako talaga nakabawi, aasarin talaga kita hanggang mangisay ka dyan sa galit"

"Okay madam, mukhang matagal pa naman. Hirap mag move on noh?"

Hinampas ko nga ang gaga. Ilaglag ko kaya toh? "Ang ingay mo parang hindi ka sa kotse ko nakasakay ah"

"Hahahahahaha sorry madam, ganda ng tugtog eh"

Tinignan ko na lang siya ng masama at pinagpatuloy na ang daan patungo sa LU.

Hayyy, nakakainis naman. Who would have thought that after everything that happened I would still like this song? The memories attached to it just seem to go by as I listen to this song. I hope wherever he is, he's still the same Jeron because I will always be the Adi he knew.
