Chapter 2

(Y/n)'s point of view:

'Kakashi sensei said we have to be at the edge of the forest at 6am, but at this rate I don't think I'm going to be there at 6..' I thought I sat up in my bed "why can't I sleep..?" I said and got out of bed. I looked at the time [1:45am]. I sighed quietly and went to my kitchen. "Maybe if I drink something I'll fall asleep.." I said and looked in the fridge.

There was milk, juice, and water "maybe milk will work.." I said and grabbed the milk. I poured myself a glass and heated it up for 10 seconds. I grabbed my glass and went back to my room. I sat on my bed and sighed "what is wrong with me.." I said and drank my milk. I laid back down and closed my eyes. I suddenly felt like jelly and opened my eyes again. I wasn't in my normal room and I noticed a giant gate with something behind it. "There's only one thing that I know of behind that gate.." I said and stood up.

I walked closer to the gate and saw him. Kurama, the nine-tailed Fox. "Well if it isn't miss. I'm gonna find myself a husband" he said and looked down at me. "What the hell did you just say to me!?" I yelled and glared at him. "You heard me midget" he responded, "you damn fox, I'll kill you!" I yelled again. "Ah yes, I mere human could kill me. How foolish could you be?" he smirked and started laughing. I started getting irritated and looked down "sit boy.." I said and he sat down immediately.

"Now listen up old man! You may be a tailed beast and all but I'm still more powerful than you, try and remember that next time you try and talk to me like your crazy." I finished and looked him in his eyes. "How dare you! Let go of me at once!" He boomed and glared at me. "Maybe later, right now I have to sleep. See ya" I said and turned away. I disappeared and opened my eyes again.

"Ah.. it's was nice to see him again.." I said and smiled. 'Oh yeah?' He said in my mind and I chuckled. "Yeah asshole" I replied and got up. I looked at the time and got dressed. It was [3:25] and I saw no point in staying home, so I got what I needed and went out to the forest.

3rd person's point of view:

It was now [7:30] and Naruto, sasuke and sakura were at the forest. "Man.. Kakashi-sensei said to be here at 6 but it's 7:30 right now!" Naruto said and started whining "and then (y/n) isn't even here!" He said and kept whining. 10 minutes passed by and Kakashi finally showed up.

"Sorry about that, I saw a cat so I stopped to pet it." He said and looked at them "you petted a cat for an hour?!" Naruto basically yelled at him. "Yes, now lets get started shall we?" He responded and walked past them "but (y/n) isn't here, we can't start without her Kakashi-sensei" Sakura said.

He looked at her and did a closed eye smile "well if you three weren't so focused on me being late, maybe you would have noticed that's she's been here since 3am" he said and looked up in the trees. They also looked up and saw her. She opened her eyes and glared down at them. "What the hell are you three looking at?" She hissed. They all felt sweat roll down their cheeks and backed away 'what's with that look in her eyes..?' They thought.

She jumped down and walked past them. They quickly followed her as Kakashi stood behind watching them and smiled. He then walked after them and pulled out his book. 'Good old Icha Icha Paradise' he thought and started reading it.

(Y/n)'s point of view:

'That damn Kakashi..' I thought and got angry. I looked back at him and glared at him. "Oi, what the hell are we doing out here?" I asked and he looked at me "well if you must know, I'm giving you all a test" he said and walked in front of us. He then proceeded to pull out three bells. "Your task is to take these bells from me before noon, only three of you will pass. The last one who doesn't get a bell will be tied to a post and not have lunch, understand?" He explained and looked at us.

I looked at the bells and growled quietly. "Anyway, your time starts now" he said and put the bells on his back pocket. I heard the other three jump away and I looked at him. 'He's planning something.... I know he is' I thought and glared into his soul walking up to him. "Hey, time's ticking (y/n). You better start" he said. I stopped in my tracks and stared at him with fear, anger and sadness in my eyes remembering those god awful words.

"Daddy..?" I said in fear and saw a masked man standing over my father. He looked at me with sadness "Run away (y/n)! Save your mother!" He screamed and those were his last words to me before he was beheaded in front of me. I dropped my bear in fear and looked at the masked man. He walked towards me with his sword in hand as I started backing away. As I looked back at my now dead father I felt something spark inside me.. something I've never felt before.

Anger.

Regardless of this new feeling, I had to escape. I turned on my heels and ran away looking for my mother. I heard the man chasing me and I ran faster. I turned a corner and saw my mother, but I was too late. She was already dead. I heard the man behind me stop and looked down at me. "Too late kid, she's already gone" he said and I heard him raise his sword in the air ready to kill me as well. I however was ready and ducked down before he could strike and ran away.

He chased after me and started laughing crazily. I felt my eyes water and kept running eventually getting to a hiding spot he couldn't find. And then I heard the last words from him before I blacked out "Time's ticking (y/n)" he said and everything went dark.

3rd person's point of view:

Kakashi looked at her noticing her state and walked up to her "hey (y/n), you ok?" He said before jumping away. You had pulled your sword out almost stabbing him. You looked at him with anger and your eyes had changed to a brightly colored red. His eyes widened and backed away. "Woah, calm down (y/n). It's just me-" he said but you interrupted him.

"Shut the hell up!" You screamed "I'll kill you for what you did!" You screamed again and ran at him with your sword ready. Kakashi realized something was very wrong and he couldn't do anything but block your attacks, but you sure as hell weren't gonna make this fight easy on him.
