After the kids got their tickets Rydel and I took a seat in a booth and watched the guys play. Rydel started going on and on about Ellington, which I thought was amusing. My poor girl liking a guy who treats her like a sister.
After a while Ross came to the booth to tell me to play a game with him since Rocky lost and ran away crying. Ross and I started playing air hockey. I knew I was going to win, I was a boss at this game. After 2 rounds, it was a tie. Whoever got it in this time was the winner. I was close to winning, sooo close. Just one more push to the puck and I WON!!!!!!! I started screaming "I WON I WON" throughout the whole arcade.
"I was going easy on you mom since I know how much you love this game.", Ross said.
"Oh honey, you don't have to make excuses, I beat you fair and square!" "Whatever.", muttered Ross. I went back to the booth and I saw Ellington talking with Rydel.
"Hey guys what's up?"
"Nothing just keeping Rydel company."replied Ellington
"Oh well, I'll just leave you guys then." "No it's fine Stormie I was just about to leave",said Ellington
"Alright."
Ellington smiled, got up and left.
"So Rydel what did you talk about?" "Nothing really mom we just talked about sports and how we should hangout more-which I'm so happy about!"
"That's amazing sweetie."
"Mom I'll be right back. I'm just going to use the restroom"
"Okay."
I looked ahead and saw my kids playing. I took my phone out of my pocket when a hand covered my mouth and eyes.
"Don't move. Or I'll shoot your head off."
