"Order! Order in the court!" The judge shouted and all other voices faded away.

I have never felt more confused in my life. Was I dead? Was this sort of like the judging of how I lived my life?

"Today's victim of death is Macey Wilson. Leo, Sue please take out your paper work."

"Who are they?" I whispered to my "Angel"

They were about two feet tall, red, and their eyes were deep, dark and hypnotizing.

"Those are Devian's they serve the evil one. The Devian's and I will be the ones who represent you. If I win you will be sent to heaven. If those red creatures win you will be sent to the dark depths of the place we all know and hate."

"Wait, where dose the vampires and ghosts come in?"

"Silence! Now Angie please get out your paper work so we can begin." The Judge shouted

I kept wondering was this Judge some kind of God. In my life back home I didn't know to much about religion. My parents didn't grow up in a religious home so neither did I.

"The first up will be the Devian's please." The judge said

The red creatures scurried up to the front with a stack of paper as tall as me! I guess according to Angie, my Angel that was paper work on the bad things I've done in my life. Wow, way to make a girl feel good about herself.

The first thing the Devian's brought up was how I crushed my brother's toy when I was five out of anger. While I was listening I thought this was ridiculous. After what I thought was 10,000,000 hours they finally got to when I stole my mother's earrings when I was 14. The last thing they mentioned was the night of my death..... The argument Suzy and I had. I was so glad the Devian's were finished. For one thing they were bagging on me and for another there voices were really high pitched and annoying!

"Angie, Please step up to the front." The judge said looking curious of how she would present.

"Hi everyone... I'm here on behalf of Macey. She is really such a nice girl. I should know I've been with her since the day she was born. Let me start out on her first birthday. She really wanted the piece of cake with Princess sleeping beauty on it but even though it was her birthday she let her sister have that piece. You see this may seem small but how many 1 year olds really would give up something like this. Now when Macey was 5 she......"

Angie went on talking about how I helped others in an after school math programs , how I brought my friend chicken soup when she was sick, how I watched my little sisters every Friday when I could be out with friends, How I never cursed and so on. It took quite a while but it was much better hearing the good things about my life. Either way it was a bit creepy because some of the things they knew about me I didn't even know!

"We will now take a break and tally up the scores." The judge shouted over the commotion.

Angie and I walked out of the court room and got a drink. The soda machine was like any other you would see in places such as the mall, Movie Theater and excreta. I found that sort of interesting. This place could be so outrageous and not at the same time. I mean think about it.....It is like having a soda machine in the middle of a cemetery. While all of this ran through my head I looked at the machine a little closer.

"Bat's blood, Pumpkin spice, Dr. brain or bones up?" Angie asked while pulling back her long golden hair.

Was she serious! I could never drink such horrific substances! Just thinking about it made my stomach twist which brought back horrible memories of that dark, foggy, cold night on the road.

            "What!??" I replied

" Which one would you like?"

            "None, Gross!"

After that the subject dropped because the court started up again.  As I walked through the aisle of the court room a realization just came across my mind. At this moment my fate would be told. Heaven or hell. All I had was fear. Honestly I felt I had no chance and would be sent to... that place for eternity. In my mind I could see "him" screaming and hurting others in  his dark palace. I then saw me.

"The court has made a decision......" the judge recited

"Macey Wilson will be spending eternity as a ghost. She will relive her 15 year old life over and over again." The judge finished

"What!?" I shouted out without thinking

"Excuse me? Would you rather be sent to hell! Huh, young one!" The judge screamed louder than anything I've ever heard.
