"Oh God, it's happening again..." I thought to myself while running for my life, yet again. I wince in pain holding my badly injured right arm. My eyes dart back and forth, frantically looking for a safe place to scurry to. Finally, my eyes stop on a small cave, drowned in greenery. "That should work..." I mumble to myself while I continue to flee from the higher level demons chasing me. I hurled myself into the cave and I grasp at my mouth, trying to conceal my heavy and hitched breathing. "Damn, were his claws poisoned?" my thoughts asked. "I'm really done for this time..." I whisper to myself, bracing for for the demons to catch my scent. "Hey, you half bred slut! Are you ready to bear the best demon known to this era!?" one of the pursuing demons snarled. Suddenly a new smell arose from the air. It was a different demon, who didn't smell dirty and unappealing. It was actually somewhat.... Pleasant. A flash of white entered my vision revealing long white locks in front of me. "Who the hell is this guy?" I think nervously.

He turned slowly, revealing only part of his face. He had a red crescent on his forehead, and purple streaks lining his cheeks. His eyes were a gleaming golden color, bright as the sun. His stature was tall and lean, but none of his curves were revealed due to his kimono and fluffy boa. His aura was mysterious, cool, yet menacing. The other demons pursuing me finally caught onto my scent and looked at the cool demon in front of me. "We were first in line you smug bastard! Get in the back of the line if you want the Great White Fox demon's blood in your child!" one of them growled angrily. The white haired dog demon looked to face him and then drew his sword. He struck all of the demons, and in one fall swoop he eliminated any and all in a 100 foot radius. Suddenly, he turned to me again.

"What, now you're first in line, is that it??" I looked at my feet and kicked a rock. The rock hit his forehead and bounced off. I held my mouth with y good arm and whispered an "oops". His eyebrow twitched before he began to walk up to me. "I-I didn't mean it, I'm sorry, okay? Thanks for.. uh.. saving me... and stuff," I mumble out. He begins to drag me out into the clearing, examining my injured arm. "Turn," he commanded. I glared at him but gave in and showed him my arm. He reached into his kimono and pulled out a glass jar. The jar contained a green substance that looked almost jelly-like. The demon rolled up my kimono sleeve and began applying the jelly to my wound. "O-ow!! What the hell?!" I winced in pain as the jelly stung my wound. "Quiet," he said in a low tone. I closed my mouth and suddenly the stinging turned into a cool sensation.

"What do you put on me?" I ask, trying to appear scary. He only huffed a bit and said, "You should be grateful, half breed,". His words stung me. I stood up quickly, whipping myself away from him. "Where do you think you are going? I tended to you and you intend to leave me without thanks?" he said in a low, menacing tone. "I'm going anywhere I please. Anywhere without you, you slum bastard!" I growled and then I disappeared into the woods.

"Who the hell does he think he is!?" I yelled angrily slashing at a tree. "Sure, he helped me, BUT I DIDN'T ASK HIM TO!" I kicked a nearby tree. "Sure, he healed my wound, BUT I DIDN'T ASK HIM TO!" I punched another tree. "And yeah, sure, he was good looking and made my heart flutter a bit, BUT I DIDN'T ASK MY HEART TO DO THAT EITHER!!" I unsheathed my twin blades and attacked another tree. I huffed and gasped for the air I forgot to breathe. "Stupid demons, stupid humans, stupid stupid blood, stupid father!!" I mumbled curses at everything I hated. "Wow, what do that tree do to you for you to murder it and all of it's kin?" A cocky voice asked.

I turned swiftly, my (H/L) (H/C) locks falling behind. My (E/C) orbs glared daggers at the figure trying to talk to me. "Who the hell are you?" I said in a menacingly low tone. He growled back. I continued glaring at him an then suddenly it hit me. The smell, the looks. He smelled... like that snobby dog demon from earlier, but a bit different. He looked similar. Same white hair, same golden eyes. AH. He was... a... half bred... Like...me? I stepped back, surprised. "What, didja get scared all of a sudden Miss Hot Shot?" he snarled. "H-half bred..." I whispered. His ear twitched at the word. "Don't call me that-" he began angrily. I stopped him mid sentence. "I'm... A half.. Bred," I murmured and looked down. His eyes widened and he continued to glare me.

"You-you're lying!!" He screamed at me. It stung to be called a liar. "Why in the ever loving hell would I lie about being a half bred!? Do you think I enjoy the lowly bastards pursuing me, trying to get my dad's blood in their children?!" I yelled at him angrily, tears stinging my pink cheeks. Wait. Why the hell was I crying? and in front of this cocky bastard too??? He was taken aback by my sudden outburst and his eyes softened. "I-I'm sorry... alright? I'm sorry. look, geez don't cry," he began walking towards me. "Stay back!" I snapped. He flinched at my words. but continued to walk. "W-what are you?-" he pulled me into a hug. "Just what do you think you are doing!?" I struggled under his weight.

"I understand," we're the only words he whispered. I blinked before processing what he just said. I stepped back, pushing him away from me slightly. I looked down, and my hair covered my face "You say you do, and I'm sure you think you do. But you have absolutely no idea," I said, growling under my breath. I turned to leave, but he grabbed my wrist. "Inuyasha..." he mumbled. "Remember me,". I looked down again. "________" I murmured and I ran off again, for the second time today.

"Why are these two dog siblings affecting me so much?" I glanced at the moon longingly. I settled by a large tree, Sakura falling from it. That night I dreamt of long, white hair and bright, golden eyes.

I woke up the next morning to the sound of footsteps. I stood up quickly, and hid behind the tree I slept on. A scent caught my attention and my eyes widened. It was that snobby dog demon! I glanced behind the tree I was hiding behind. His white hair fluttered in the wind, so beautifully. He was accompanied by a weird demon creature and a short, small green demon with a human girl. The dog demon sniffed the air and glanced in my direction then smirked. I slammed my body behind the tree, still trying to believe he didn't see me. When his smell was but a distant memory I receded from my terrible hiding place. I sighed and decided to go hunt for dinner.

I found a small open area to settle in for the night. I had a fire going with a rabbit over it, slightly ablaze. I was relaxing when I heard ruffling in the bushes. I reached for my twin blades, prepare to slice whatever came at me. Suddenly the brat of a dog demon I saw earlier walked out. "Oh, what are you doing here, King of Brats?" I said boredly. He walked up to me and grabbed my collar roughly. "Can you please not lay your clawed hands upon my kimono, jerk?" I glared into his eyes. "You smell like my half twit brother," he murmured quietly.

"Do you mean Inuyasha?" I blurted out. His eyes fluttered and locked with mine. "How do you know that mutt?" he said in a seriously dangerous tone. "You could say it was a chance encounter, a coincidence" I mumbled. "Don't get too near him, child," he let my collar go slowly. I patted my collar down to fix the wrinkles he caused. "Who are you calling a child you stupid dog!?" I huffed at him angrily. A smile tugged at his lips, but only a small one. He walked over to my fire and grabbed the rabbit I had been cooking. "Hey!! I spent a lot of time hunting that thing for dinner! Get your own you savage!" I screamed at him angrily. He took a bit out of the rabbit and I froze. My dinner. "Oi you fluffy bastard! Give me back my food!" I stomped over to him angrily. He just looked down at me and put the rabbit into my mouth. "Hrmmamahsmah!!" I tried to yell at him but the rabbit prevented that. He held his hand over his mouth to prevent a laugh.

"You look even better with that head ornament," he said quietly. "Agh, I hate you, older dog brat," I growled after taking the meat out of my mouth. "Sesshomaru," he stated. "What?" I looked up at him. He looked down, his glare growing softer. "Sesshomaru," was all he said before putting a flower behind my ear and vanishing into the wind. I signed. "What the hell... seriously,"
