Hello! So I'm updating... finally. I know it's been a while but I'm back in action for this story! Shoutout to your_classic_weeb for motivation. It means a lot. Here you go.

Mavis led me to a small cottage. There wasn't much in there but it would do. "So, here's where you'll be staying while you're on Tenrou Island." Mavis said. She twiddled her fingers together. It was adorable. "We should gather supplies to cook dinner." Mavis said. "What time is it?" I asked. "Around 5:00." Mavis responded. She took me outside to a garden. There were herbs and plants there. Mavis started to pick some herbs. "I was going to have tomato soup for dinner. Is that okay?" she asked. I nodded. "Okay then! Would you mind picking some ripe tomatoes?" Mavis asked. "Sure!" I said. I walked over to the tomatoes and picked them. We soon went inside and made the soup. It smelled and looked delicious. We sat down at the table with bowls. "Itadakimasu!" we both said and dug in.
"Wow! Mavis, this is really good!" I said. "Thank you." Mavis said. We talked over dinner. "So what kind of magic do you have, if you even have magic?" Mavis asked me. "I do, and I'm a dragon slayer." I responded. We kept talking about our hobbies, and Fairy Tail, and such. After dinner we went out to flower field and played there. "This is really pretty." I said. 'But not as pretty as you' I thought. "That's really sweet." Mavis said. Then I realized that I had said that last part out loud. I got flustered. "I-I'm sorry. I d-didn't mean t-to say it out-" I was cut off by a pair of soft lips pressed against mine. Mavis and I separated. "I-I'm sorry t-too. I didn't m-mean to do t-that." Mavis said, blushing heavily. "It's okay, I don't mind." I said. But the truth is, the words "I don't mind" are an understatement. I was overjoyed. Once it got dark, we wet back to the cottage. I then realized something... there was only one bed.

I woke up in Mavis's embrace. I tred to get out, but she wouldn't let go. "Uh..." I said. "Mavis?"
