Overhearing

Amelia's POV

My parents woke me up for school I got Luna and I ready for the day Mama had made breakfast I walked towards the kitchen and eat Mom, Luna and I leave

Once we got to school I walked with Mom to her office Then it was time for class

It was hard to leave Luna with Mom in her office As she was my little Moon princess and it was hard to let go of her But I handed my daughter to Mom and headed to class

Mark and I talked on the way to class I was trying to avoid Thinking about my daughter being away from me but it was hard

Teachers Smiled at me friendly I was doing alright by Fourth period I began to Feel like I needed my baby girl I was given permission to go to my mom's office

As I walked towards the office I heard Ms. Connors on the phone with someone She says

"I am away from My Boss's office Alyssa I Don't want Her to know that I am in love with her daughter"

My eyes widened I hear Ms. Connors say "Oh there is a lot I love about Amelia Wallenberg, She's Beautiful Smart funny and Kind I have liked her ever since She showed me around town Her friends Say Amelia likes me back and Amelia's Mama Dr Anne Wallenberg told me That If I break her heart She will come after me I love Amelia's Daughter Luna as if she was my own daughter I just don't know how to approach Amelia I mean I am an administrator Of the school she attends and it is wrong for me to be attracted to her and continue to fall for her and her child and Alyssa I just don't know what to do"

I was shocked Ms. Connors liked me? I heard more "What do you mean Alyssa? you mean you want me to Try to talk to Amelia But how she doesn't talk to me at school and I don't want Selene to find out because if she does I will be fired" I was shocked

Ms. Connors the Proper Stern Assistant principal likes me I was no longer a minor my Birthday was during the weekend I didn't tell anyone as I hated my birthday from what my biological parents did

My daughter was born Three days before my birthday Mom and Mama celebrated with me in a small party with just us With Luna sleeping But I also knew that a relationship with Ms. Connors was wrong because I was a student

I may be an adult but I was still in school so It was wrong No matter what

I left Ms. Connors to her supposedly private unheard conversation she was lucky everyone was in class I get to Mom's office I was aloud into Her office and once I entered I smiled Loving the sight I was seeing Luna was in mom's arms Cooing

I walked toward Mom when she asks "How is your day so far sweetie?"

I froze for a second and Thought Well The assistant Principal is love with me I over heard her having an conversation with Her friend about her being in love with me I knew I couldn't tell mom that so I say

"It is going alright Mom I just wanted to see my Little Moon I missed her and I know she is going to get Hungry so my teacher let me come see her"

Mom nods Luna began to cry and get very fussy so I took her into my arms and Began nursing her smiling happily as I was feeding My daughter Mom spoke up

"Amelia how would you feel About having a younger sibling I know we already have a baby in the house but Your Mama and I want To adopt Again if you are okay with that?"

I was shocked Did my mothers really think I would be against the idea of them adopting another child I looked at her and say

"Mom You and Mama can adopted I am not against the idea I wouldn't mind a sibling or two I have always been an only child and I don't exactly like being an only child because in the future I don't plain on Keeping Luna an only child she will have siblings eventually Mom I don't care of the color skin or race of my sibling it don't matter to me I have nothing against Anyone I was abused by My biological parents and I honestly feel like Those who were put up for adoption deserve homes just as much as I did No kid no matter the Color of their skin deserves to be without a home"
