"Bea, wake up. We're here." Bea was woken up from her short nap when she felt her manager, ate Mona, shaking her shoulder lightly. She opened her eyes and she immediately saw that their car already stopped in front of a skyscraper in the middle of BGC.

Bea turned to look at her ate Mona who was offering her hand for her to take para makababa na siya mula sa sasakyan.

She fixed her hair before checking around her for her phone, when she found it she immediately took hold of her satchel bag and brought it closer to her body.

"Hurry up, Beatriz!" Mona urged her which earned an eyeroll from Bea. She held her hand before proceeding to get down from the car.

"Ate Mowns, relax. Why are you so worked up? It's not like this is the first time I'm meeting with a brand from the country." Bea said with a small laugh before closing the door of the car.

Mona looked at her in disbelief, "Didn't I tell you that the CEO is coming to personally meet you?"

Of course, Bea knew this beforehand. Ang hindi niya lang magets, bakit ganito kung makaasta ang Ate Mona niya.

"Of course you did. You wouldn't stop talking about meeting the CEO since last week pa." The tall, morena woman said before wearing her sunnies and they started walking towards the building's main entrance.

They were about to meet with a brand that contacted Mona as they wanted to have Bea as their model and endorser.

Well, who wouldn't want to have Bea de Leon as their endorser and model, right?

She's famous in and out of the country, a model who's known for her incredible charisma and presence. Make her a model of your brand and the items will sell out in a blink of an eye.

That's how phenomenal she is.

"Balita ko rin gwapo daw 'yun," Mona said excitedly. Dalawa lang sila ni Bea na pupunta for the meeting since she didn't need her glam team and everyone else for this.

Mona glanced over at Bea before continuing, "Baka siya na makakatulong sa'yo makamove-on 'dun sa gago mong ex."

The mere mention of her ex made Bea's stomach churn, she stopped walking for moment and sighed.

Napansin ito ni Mona at tumingin siya rito, "Oh, ano?"

"Can we not talk about that guy?" Bea said with an annoyed expression. She wanted to forget about that guy already. Another reason why she was adamant to go home after hearing about the brand's offer for her.

Mona just shook her head before walking back and holding onto Bea's arm, "Sorry, that was insensitive of me." Mona apologized before giving her a grin.

"Anyway, I heard he's babaero rin. 'Wag nalang pala." Dagdag pa nito.

Bea just scoffed, "Hindi ko talaga alam sa'n galing 'yang mga nalalaman mo. But I heard about him from Kat and Maddie. He's apparently from Ateneo rin tapos kabatch pa namin," Bea answered back before they started walking again towards the building.

Mona turned to look at her, "But you don't know him?" Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ni Mona.

"The name's familiar and he was known daw to be a really good basketball player back then," Bea said as they smiled at the guards who greeted them before they entered the building.

"But no, we haven't met personally. Kilala ko lang siya sa pangalan, but I don't know how his face looks like." Natatawang sabi ni Bea as they walked towards the concierge.

The lady smiled at them, "Miss Bea de Leon, good day. We have been expecting you." This made Bea smile and glanced at the lady's nametag.

"Thank you, Ivy." She greeted back.
