Shit. Only I would even have the chance on falling on one of the most famous popstars in the world. Oh god.

"Oh my god. I'm soooo sorry. It's just...I'm clumsy and I-" I stuttered before Louis cut me off.

"No don't be love it's fine." Louis smiled at me before rushing off. He ran around the corner right as a crowd of screaming girls chased after him. Wow. Did that just really happen? I pinched myself hard, and it hurt. So what happened must have been real. Well alright then. That was a pleasant way to start my day....I think.

I checked the time on my phone. The time read 9:57, and I had to be at work at 10:00. From where I was in London, it would take me another 15 minutes tops to get to work. Well screw it. I was just going to be late I guess.

When I finally reached Starbucks, the morning rush had already started. Thank god it had, because the busyness distracted my manager from noticing that I was late. I quietly slipped in and put on my chocolate brown apron and pulled my ginger hair up into a ponytail. I went over to the main counter and started to whip up some frothy cappuccinos and Javas. The first couple of hours of my shift passed by in a blur like always. One of the things I liked best about my job was that one of my best friends, Damien, worked alongside me. But it was only for about half of my shift, and that half was the later part. All I had to do was get through the morning and then the afternoons were carefree.

"Girl. What did I tell you about those earrings?" Damien said, sauntering up to the counter next to me. I giggled.

"That they were perfect for me and that instead of being stubborn to just accept your gift. And you were right." I giggled, holding up my hands in surrender.

"Damn right I did." Damien smiled proudly while I just rolled my eyes.

"Don't get too proud, hotshot." I teased poking him in one of his muscular arms. Damien was too hot for his own good. He had messy brown hair that hung down onto his face, freckles splattered across his nose, and light, warm brown eyes. Not to mention very muscular and very fit. If he wasn't gay, I would probably be foaming at the mouth, he was so attractive. Never less, he had some of the best fashion sense and advice among any of my friends, boy or girl. He was also just really easy to talk to, and wasn't afraid to voice his opinion, just like me.

"So....you wanna know what happened to me this moring on the way to work? Come on, guess."

"You were walking and found a gift certificate to Topman....or no wait I know. You ran into Ed Sheeran and the two of you fell into ginger love and are now going to get married and have super fabulous, super talented, super hot ginger children." Damien guessed while wrapping up a pastry for a customer.

Leave it to Damien to think of that. "Haha I wish. So me being the clumsy, awkward girl that I am, I tripped over a crack in the pavement. And right as I was about to fall, Louis Tomlinson caught me."

Damien was silent for a moment, processing what I had just said. "Oh....my god. Oh my god. Shut up. SHUT UP!" He cried, causing a couple customers to turn and our manager to give us a stern look.

I burst out laughing as Damien was fanning his face, silently fanboying. "You lucky bitch." He said, looking like he was about to cry of happiness.

"You know you love me." I said, smilng.

"Yeah yeah." He grumbled while mixing a chai tea. He tried keeping serious, which I knew from experience he couldn't do very well. He cracked a smile soon enough.

"Tell me everything, and I do mean everything." He demanded.

"There isn't much to tell. It was all very short, seeing as there was a horde of screaming fans chasing after him." I said. I was kindof disappointed, it's not everyday you meet a popstar. And he seemed, well, different from anyone I've ever met.

"You seem upset. Anything you want to share?" Damien asked as if reading my mind.

"No, it's nothing." And really, it was.
