Chapter 9

Hosuhs pov.

"Your gonna die today little rat"

"Hosuh promise me you'll never leave my side..."

I immediately shot forward feeling a weird pain in my stomach I lay back down regretting that move I open my eyes and then see two faces in my face.

"H-hosuh are you really awake" I hear gavin say then Stephen mutters hitting his elbow.

"What happened"

"HOSUH IM SO SORRY I COULD'NT SAVE YOU I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA DIE" stephen hugged me stuffing his face in the crook of my neck I blushed and smiled hugging him back.

'I kinda wish I died' I said in thought when Stephen let's go gavin hugs me too. I blush as well "it's fine guys a-at least I'm still alive" I say with tears prickling on the corner of my eyes "hosuh who hurt you" stephen tells me I was very hesitant to say it was jay so I just lied "I-I don't remember" "it was jay" stephen and gavin turn around to that random voice.

We then see a boy with blonde hair and green eyes. "Alex?" Stephen gasped, Alex walks towards me holding my hands gently do they think I'm a fragile doll or something.

"Hosuh, are you ok" I nod while very confused by who he is I heard his name was alex. "It's ok jays long gone by now you don't need to worry, and also I was the one who saved you" I smiled while blushing and then getting up from my seat hugging Alex very tightly "t-thank you" he hugs back and then plants a kiss on my cheek I turn into a tomato while putting my hand where he kissed me.

Stephen pov.

Alex hugged hosuh back and then he plants a kiss on his cheek?! I pout looking away "someone's jealous huh" I hit Gavins elbow he giggled.

"I-I Uhh" hosuh was stuttering after that kiss Alex laughed and waved his hand saying it's fine, he ruffles hosuhs hair and looks at me and gavin "I want you guys to take better care of him his life is on steak" Gavin nervously sighed "b-but isn't jay in jail" Gavin said alex nods "yes but you know him, he can escape easily" "tch of course it was jay who hurt hosuh he was the one hurting hosuh all along and I didn't do anything about it" they all stare at me while I clenched my fist looking down.

"Stephen..." I gasp and look up at hosuh he looks like he's about to cry for some reason "I-anyways we'll take better care for him, I don't think it's safe for him to stay home by him self so he can stay with us if he wants to" I look back at hosuh smiling he smiles back while whipping his tears.

"K see you guys soon" Alex waves and leaves. "Hosuh were gonna have to go to-" "I'm staying" Gavin looks at me confusedly "Uhh ok I'll come visit some times peace" he leaves while winking at both of us it was just me and hosuh.

Hosuh brings his knees closer to his chest I sit in one of the chairs awkward silence fills the room and then hosuh speaks "stephen I-I want to tell you something" I look over at him and him at response he gulps and sighs "Stephen I...I lo-" the door opens and the nurse is standing there with the clip board in hand "oh sorry did I interrupt something" hosuh shakes his head the nurse nods and walks over to hosuh checking stuff I think 'what was hosuh gonna tell me eh he'll probably tell me next time I don't know' after the nurse was done she walks away shutting the door.

Hosuh rest his head on his knees looking like he was gonna cry I got up and got on the bed with hosuh he looks at me shocked I smiled and held him to my chest scratching his back I can see his eyes become droopy and soon he falls asleep I also become tired and give hosuh a friendly kiss on the forehead he smiles and cuddles me.

At night hosuhs pov.

My eyes slowly open I look around and then see stephen sleeping I chuckled quietly and gave stephen a kiss on the cheek.

I got out of the bed needing to go to the bathroom. As I was walking to the bathroom I see someone walking to the bathroom as well they had green hair and dark green eyes they look at me and point at the bathroom "you can go first" I smile and walk in that person looks very familiar I try to get my mind of it as I was doing my business.

When I got out he was resting his back on the door looking like he was sleeping I tapped his shoulder he woke up and looked over at me "oh heh thanks" I nod and walk back to my room stephen was awake he looks at me and smiles "ah sorry I was at the bathroom" he giggles and walks over to me carrying me to the bed "stephen you know I can still walk" he looks at me weirdly I smile nervously he places me in the bed and gets in with me hugging me tightly "Stephen are you ok" he sniffed and hugged me even tighter "I-I'm ok hosuh" I get up and kiss him on the forehead he blushes and hugs me again I hug him back feeling bad that Stephens crying that I cry a little too for some reason.

When I wake up stephen wasn't in the bed I panic a little "it's fine,it's fine he probably went to the bathroom or went to get breakfast" I muttered scared.

I start to tear up but whip them away breathing in and out trying to calm myself down and it works I breath out and get out of bed.

I start walking in the long halls trying to find stephen when I met the guy from last night "oh hey where ya going"

"Uhh trying to find someone"

"Oh who is it" I felt uncomfortable from there question but I still answered it.

"Stephen, about this tall has a purple mohawk wearing a black leather jacket"

The guy thinks and then gasp "I saw that guy walking around here, he went that way" I thank him and go that way running a bit "hey wait" I turn around "be safe, hosuh" my eyes widened how did he know my name I never told him and what did he mean by stay safe "uh-ah thanks?" He nodded and went on his way I was really confused right now but tried to get my mind off it.

'Ok where is stephen he said that stephen went this way' I turn a corner and then something grabs my wrist I help and turn around feeling kinda relieved that it was just stephen "what are you doing walking around here!" He pulls me closer.

"U-uh I was trying to find you"

"Tch hosuh don't come looking for me I was just walking around you panic to much"

"Ah yeah sorry stephen I just get worried that's all" he sighed and grabbed my hand "w-where are we going" he looks at me "back to your hospital room where else" I look down as he's leading me to my room.

Once we made it there he sits on the chair going on his phone "uh-Um Stephen" he looks up "ah never mind right ones not a good time" he groans "just tell me" I look down while holding my arm "I can't, not now at least" "tch" he goes back on his phone and then a doctor comes "oh good news hosuh you get to leave the hospital today" I smiled and looked at stephen he was still on his phone I frowned but then the doctor started telling me stuff.

After he left I looked at stephen he chuckled and walks out I change into my normal clothes and re tie my hair.

When I get out stephen was already out side or that's what I'm assuming I thank the docters and head in my way I don't know much about hospital work so don't judge me I got in my seat and Stephen drove off.

"S-stephen are you mad at me" he looked at me confused and laughed "no why do you say that" I sighed and clenched my hands together in between my legs.

"You sounded pretty mad earlier" he chuckled "I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed that's all no need to worry" I smiled to my as I blushed.

Stephen drove me to my house we both get out of the car and walk in the house was all dark I turned on the lights and turned around to look at stephen I gave him tight hug he hugged back "thank you for sticking around with me for so long" he giggled and scratched the back of his neck "it's no biggie your my friend after all" the word friend kinda hurt me but I smiled "cya"

"...yeah, cya" he left I closed the door "I love you stephen" I blushed and covered my face "I can never tell him that if I do who knows what he'll say he's probably gonna get disgusted and leave me forever going with jay instead.

After all my thinking I started crying silently while I was petting the cat in bed as I soon fall asleep with my.
