CHAPTER 1

Amelia's POV

**Beep Beep  Beep**

God, I hate Monday morning, I heard Archie yell,'' Ame, get your ass down as soon as possible I have reach school early for practice and Wes is catching a ride with us.'' As soon as I heard Wesley's name I felt butterflies flutter in my stomach. I quickly got ready in an oversized hoodie and skinny jeans. 

When I reached the kitchen I saw Anna and Archie halfway through mom's pancakes. Mom kisses the side of my head and handed me a plate of my favourite maple pancakes. Anna smirked at me and said'' So Wes is catching a ride with y'all.'' I blushed crimson red and glared at her. She is the only one who knows about my 'crush' on Wes. I quickly ask her when she is leaving for London. I know I'll miss her because she is the only real friend I ever had. The sad thing is that she'll leave while I'm at school today.

The doorbell rings and mom says she'll get it. A few moments later Wes walks in looking like a Greek God. He and Archie do their weird 'bro handshake thing' and Wes turns to me and says,'' Morning, Cupcake.'' I roll my eyes at his stupid pet name for me since we were 6 and wish him back saying ''Morning, Wesley.'' in turn he rolls his eyes at me because he prefers Wes and hates Wesley.

Wesley's POV

I get up as soon as I hear a phone ring and looking at the Caller ID I realize its Archie he tells me to not get my car because he'll give me a ride I agree without hesitation because that means I'll get to see Amelia. Yes, you're right I have a crush on her since I was 6, but never had a chance to ask her out since she's off-limits according to Archie. So to distract myself I play around with blondes and brunettes but never redheads. I irritate her a lot so no one will suspect it. The only people who know about it is my elder brother Damon and my mom.

I head downstairs and tell my mom I'm catching a ride with Archie. She smiles knowingly because yes she knows about it. I'm even sure  Ame's mom knows about my crush since our moms are best friends. I quickly reach their house and Molly greets me, I head over to Arch and we do our bro thing and greet Anna whose like my elder sister with a side hug and turning to Amelia and I greet her calling her a cupcake. She rolls her eyes in such a cute way and calls me Wesley which I hate. She smirks as she sees her comeback has its effect on me and God does she look hot. I guess she's the only girl who looks hot in glasses. They quickly finish their food. Arch and Ame kissed both Molly and Anna goodbye and as soon as we head out Fred's car rolls into the drive I guess to drop Anna at the airport. Ame screams'' Dad!'' and gives Fred a hug an boy do i get jealous I know its her dad but i;m a tiny bit possessive. We get into the car and Ame's driving so me and Arch joke and say our prayers, She rolls her eyes but later gives such a hot smile even 'Jr.' agrees and even the millions of butterflies fluttering in my stomach.
