The train ride there had been long and boring. Consisting mostly of being stuck in one's seat and reading or drawing to pass the time. At least for the 15 year old rather shy teenage girl Jacquelin. Half long dark brown, nearly black wavy hair, dark blue eyes and pale skin, she wouldn't say she was anywhere near unique. She went by Jackie amongst friends, not that she had many. She was never particularly social and really only had two friends that she held close. A talented artist she was but people always gave her way to much attention when it came to this... although she kinda liked it. At least she was good at something. She was very interested in horses as well but during the summer months the lessons were on break, so really there wasn't anything happening. Her parents had managed to drag her along on their camping trip. She wasn't particularly excited, pessimistic maybe but when you only have two good friends, being dragged away from them for two weeks isn't something you want. However, she was set so find someone to be around, after all she couldn't stand her family.

Jacquelin stood besides her mother at the train station, waiting for her dad to show up. He had been driving their car with the tents and such while Jacquelin and her mom had been travelling there by train. Had she mentioned her little brother? No. Well, he was there too. Annoying little creep. Jacquelin leaned against the hoot wooden wall as she flipped through her sketch book. Her bag was placed neatly besides her, her leg through one of the handles to keep anyone from trying to grab it. Paranoid much? Maybe a little, but better safe than sorry. Jacquelin looked up from her book as her mother yelled her name. "Jacquelin! We're going now! Are you coming" her mom yelled, it wasn't really a question more of a demand. Taking a deep breath Jacquelin stepped out of her bag and picked it up, pushing her sketch book back into it. - Let's get this over with. She thought as she marched after her mom. The lady was speed walking towards the car, bags in one hand and Jacquelin's screaming and refusing 6 year old brother in the other. Jacquelin wanted to melt trough the ground, he was so embarrassing.

Finally getting into the car she could breath again. She closed the door and clipped on her seatbelt and leaned against the window. Her white tank top had shifted to show of her bra. Fuck! She hated when that happened, why weren't summer clothes more covering. As she fixed the top she suddenly became concerned about her clothing, the short jean skirt, the white tank top and white vans. Was this to revealing? Jacquelin crosses her arms across her chest. She wasn't skinny and beautiful like her friend Liz. Jacquelin had full thighs and broad shoulders. She hated to admit it but she did envy her short and slim friend. People always spoke highly of her skinny waist and large hips and bust. But it was more of a curse then a blessing, nothing ever fit. Tight fitted tops, were either to small for her top or to wide for he waist, and pants were either to wide around the waist or to tight on the legs. She hadn't really been to interested in this before but now, when everyone was starting to date and care about makeup and fashion. It was really hard to fit in, to 'read the social code' as her mom said.

In a moment they were there, at the camping. Parking by their lot, "time to set up camp!" Her dad smiled as he got out of the car. Jacquelin opened the car door and poked her head out of the backseat looking around. The area was really beautiful. Taking a deep breath she stepped into the grass, putting on a smile. She made sure her clothes laid right a few more times before calmly moving to the back of the car to help unpack the car and set up camp.
