Warning - Gory and unsupervised subjects
Surprise"What the fuck is this?" I ask with shock lacing my words. I stare at the brunet sitting down on our table, his perfect brown eyes watching me sputter at him. I take a few steps back before my back hits a firm chest. I admediatly know its Davids without turning around.
"I assume you have already met Maverick Wesson, yes?" David asks from behind me, his voice deep and loud. Before he says anything else, it all clicks. Maverick is a new student and hasn't left me alone most of the day. Not to mention, he eyes me around like a hawk. But what would he do to me? Emotional damage? I have nothing left to hurt. "Lets eat, shall we?" He asks, pulling out a chair for me.
Cautiously, I sit down and watch as mom and David take a seat, both very quiet as they start to pour food on their plates. But instead of following the rules like a good girl, I had to grill out information. "So, Maverick? What do you want from us? Where did you come from and why here? How do you know David?"
He only chuckles at my blows and looks over to David with a massive smirk on his face.
"Maverick's father is a good buddy of mine only repaying a favor. Don't worry though, he will be here for a while and I'm positive you will be seeing a lot more of him." David says, not giving me any more explanations as to why he is here.
"Well, where is he then?" I continue with my assault, only to be left with a glare from David.
"You ask too many questions, girl. I suggest you keep quiet and finish your dinner." he replies with, speaking too fast for Maverick or mom to get in any words.
Finding my bravery, I speak up, glad for the audience to keep David from harming me. "Or what? You'll hit me?"
David sets his napkin down on the table while smirking and says "You know, I just might." He then stands up and walks over to me.
Not believing he just admitted it in front of Maverick, I can only stare wide eyed at him. He forcefully grabs my chin and yanks my out of my chair. Before I can protest, he violently pushes me to the hardwood flooring, my bones making a loud thump. I look back up at him, thinking he will walk away, but he only laughs and shoves his fist into my already bruised side, making me howl in pain. Before I can look up at Maverick in a desperate plea for help, david kicks my stomach, pushing me multiple feat over.
With tears sprinting down my face, I look over at Maverick. He has a frown on his face, but makes no attempt at stopping David nor helping me. Just as I open my mouth to beg, David's boot comes crusheing down on my throat, choking me.
I grab at his foot, my already sore neck once again bruising further. He finally lets go, and I gasp for air while grabbing my neck in any attempt to shield it. He backs away and nods towards the table, motioning for me to sit back down. I slowly get up, and when I'm sure I have the advantage, I dash towards the staircase and sprint towards my room because for all I know my life depends on it. I safely make it to my room and once I lock the door, I collapse on my bed in a fit of tears, and I don't come out for the rest of the night despite the angry shouts and pounds on my door.
