Part 3

(Alex's POV)

We hull ass to his car that was a block away. Once there we take a minuet to breath. "Logan?" I say breathlessly "Yeah?" "Thank you" he looks at me for a second "No problem sweets" we climb into his car and drive off. It took me a few minutes to fully realize that I just ran away from my child hood home. I took a deep breath. "Holy shit" I say "What?" Logan asks "I just ran away" "It's not really running away if your 18" he says then his knuckles turn white from gripping the steering wheel so hard. I place my hand on his leg "Are you okay?" I ask "I should be asking you that...how often does that happen?" I look down and fold my hands in my lap. "Everyday...it can go for hours or minuets." tears slip from my eyes. He pulls into a long driveway then turns the car off. Unbuckling his seat belt he leans over and takes my face in his hands. Whipping away my tears "In the morning i'm going to bring you to the police station and your going to tell them everything that has happened in that house." he stares deep into my eyes and I nod. "Alright lets go in and i'll make something to eat yeah?" we get out of the car and he grabs my bag. Walking in I can see that the house is nicely decorated. "Its very pretty" he smiles "Thank you my sister decorated it." We walk up many stairs till we reach the top "Well go damn that's a lot of fucking stairs" I say out of breath "Yeah i know" he chuckles "Your room is right over here" we walk into a large room "Damn" I walk in and take a look around a California king bed, walk in closet, en suite bathroom and a little balcony "Wow" I flop onto the bed "So soft" I roll around on the bed. I hear a chuckle. I stand up and look at Logan "Thank you" I say with a smile "Of course. Now unpack and i'll call you down when the food is done" he places my bag down and leaves. "Holy shit what a weird ass day" I say falling back onto the bed.

(Logans POV)

I set her bag down and leave closing the door. I begin to walk down the stairs. "Holy shit" I run my fingers through my hair. Once to the kitchen I begin to make some Kraft mac and cheese. "ALEX FOOD IS DONE!" I yell "COMING!" she yells back i hear her start ti run down the stairs "NO RUNNING" she stops and starts to walk. She enters the kitchen and grabs a bowl of mac and cheese. "Thank you" she says and digs in. I smile "Your very welcome" I dig in too. After a few minuets she speaks. "Thank you for saving me." I look at her "No need to thank me. Do you mind telling me exactly what has happened?" I ask placing my hand on top of her's. She tenses "It's okay if you don't want to." I say rushed she sighs in relief "Yeah i'd rather not I have to talk to the police tomorrow and that has me on edge" she sighs a little "I understand. Now time for bed big day tomorrow after school" she groans standing up and taking mine and her bowl to the sink washing them. I get up and stand next to her as shes washing them. "You didn't have to wash them I have a maid" she looks at me and rolls her eyes. I grab her by the neck and push her against the wall "Do that again and your ass will be red understood?" I growl into her ear she nods I squeeze a little "Words" "Yes Sir" I let go with a smile "Holy shit" she says under her breath. I chuckle a little. "Alright bed time!" I lift her up and carry her up the stairs. I look down at her and she has a blush on her face. Placing her down at the door "Goodnight" I kiss the top of her head and walk down the hall to my room "Goodnight" she says before going into her room. I enter mine and get ready for bed. About ten minuets later I hear a soft knock. I get up and see Alex in tears "Whats wrong?" I ask wrapping my arms around her. She shaking. "T-the s-storm..." she says softy "Oh hunny. Want to sleep with me?" I start to stroke her hair and she give a small nod. I pick her up and place her on the bed. I turn the lights off and climb into the bed. I wrap my arms around her. She wraps herself around me and about five minuets later she's out like a light and so am I.
