( I'M ALIVE! well ...sorta)

John Lauren's Pov

I was walking back to my house when I saw out of the corner of my eyes something pink. I thought nothing of it but then I heard a groan. curiosity got the best of me and went down the dark alley where I heard the noise came from.

"Hello? whos there?" I yelled out. my mind was screaming 'its a red coat RUN!' yet I didn't listen. I heard another groan and saw the figure stand while holding their hands to there head as if to soothe some sort of pain coming from it.

"Step into the light and face me!" I yell again but instead of the figure doing as I said the groaned and yelled back.

"Oh will you shut the hell up already! its not like you have a gun or something" they yelled while stepping into the light.i gasp when I see some pink transparent wings on their back and two pure white horns. i stumble back and trip over absolutely nothing. not to mention she is basically naked in the street.

" oh will you shut the hell up already! its not like you have a gun or something" I yelled back at a tanned curly haired man. i start to walk into the light and flinch slightly at how bright it was out of the darkness I was in before. before I can ask any questions I hear a gasp and see the man in front of me stumble back, trip and fall onto there butt ( Hehe butts ). i cringe thinking about how much pain he is in right now.

" excuse me but why do you look like your part of the revolution?" I ask the man before me.

" ma'am it is the revolution! and if its not hard to ask but what is your name Ms" the man asked politely. i look down and realise if this is the revolution then I am way under dressed to be out in the streets. ( you are currently wearing shorts/jeans and a long sleeve top )

" um I'm y/n l/n sir pleasure to meet you, and would there be any chance I could have you blue coat to cover up. you see I'm not from this era " I saw quite forward, getting straight to the point. he shurgs off his coat so I can wear it to look less under dressed but after I put on the jacket he speaks up.

" ma'am what do you-" I cut him off by saying.

" call me y/n please sir" he nods and continues to speak

"well y/n what do you mean by you're from a different era and why do you have horns? and wings? oh and also my name is john laurnes ms" he says out of curiosity. the voice in my mind is saying " be careful he's gonna die, dont get attached to him" I decided to listen because of the lessons we had about the American revolution. ( by the way I am really only going off the musical called hamilton )

" well john I am just as confused as you are about my wings and horns. but would you be as kind as to let me stay with you for a bit and also do you have a hat of some sort?" I ask practically pleading for him to help me in this confusing time for both of us. as john was about to say something we heard people start yelling his name, most likely to find him.

" JOHN WHERE ARE YOU?" we hear one man yell and multiple repeat the same sentence after the mysterious voice . john looks frantic as hell he decides to hide you back in the alley and says

" don't come out till I call your name I don't want people thinking you're a witch or you'll get burned" he said clearly panicking. he turns around and walks out of the alley and yells back to the people calling him.

" IM HERE GUYS! SORRY I SAW A RED COAT!" he yells to I what i presume are his friends. i see a small group of man run towards john. Me being stupid and thinking the men running towards john are these so-called ' red coats ' I panicked and run out throwing johns coat on the floor. spreading my wings, they start to flap as I run at john the men see me and instantly back off. i grab john and pull him behind me and spread my wings to cover john ( your wing span is around 5'11 in feet and inches or as tall as you are. )

" Y/N I TOLD YOU TO STAY BACK THERE! " john yells at me. me feeling bad start to lower my wings and run to grab johns coat and pull it on.

I didn't really know how to end this chapter so its a bit of a weird ending but I hope you like it and WE CHANGED THE LOCATION OF THE STORY! yay its actually living up to its name.
