Bio:
Felicia is the youngest sister of Lawrence crock she's very protective over her niece. After she found out how both Pamela and Lawrence treated their daughters Felicia was Furious in the end she got custody of both of them and raise them as her own.
Before both Artemis and Jade were in her life she helped the Roy alot when he was young he called her mom a lot her and Bruce were childhood friends Felicia and her parents never got along considering of how strict and what they wanted her to be she always fought with them saying she would never be a villain and would never steal at the age of 13 she ran away.
The only one who knew with her best friend Floyd they kept in touch over the years this was before he became Deadshot Floyd was like family to her.
When she was a child her parents were afraid of her because of the ability that she possessed as a child because she grows stronger when the Moon Rises her mother wouldsay but it is the curse of the moon goddess even though her parents are always saying it's a curse her brother was always by her side and told her it was a blessing Felicia also thought it was a blessing even though her parents wanted her to use it for evil Deeds she chose the life of a hero.
Felicia after she ran away met Bruce they became close over the years he trusts Felicia so much he told her what happened to his parents and Felicia told her what and Felicia told him what her parents were like over the years they became closer then Felicia went to college and Bruce went their separate ways the only fact she kept from Bruce over the years was that she was Hellcat and saving people she didn't know how to tell him once they came back from college they became closer never Bruce and her begin to date she noticed Bruce was becoming distance she confronts him about it and he admit that he was Batman he ended up finding out she was hellcat they became closer than ever.
After she gained custody over girls she swore that she would protect Artemis and Jade no matter what.
