Deep within the snow forest a small family lives happily, and not just any family, a werewolf family. The mother was inside the house cooking a nice and warm dinner, while the father was outside chopping wood, and their two beautiful children were outside playing in the snow.
The father wiped the sweat off his forehead and looked over at his eldest son and little girl throwing snowballs at one another. The sight brought a smile to his face. Moments later the front door opened and the mother called everyone in. The father put his axe down and walked towards the house with his children close behind him.
The mother closed the door behind her and went to the kitchen table to sit. As everyone was seated, they connected each others hands and said a quick pray. They released each others hands and started to eat. As they ate, the only sound that was heard was the wind from outside.
"Mama! This is really good, thank you." Said the little girl as her multi-color eyes shined brightly. "Ya mom, thanks." Said the eldest son. "You did amazing honey." The father said with a loving smile. "I'm glad you all like it." The mother smiled at her family.
Dinner soon ended and everyone put their dishes in the sink. The eldest son chased his little sister around the house as she squealed happily. The parents watched with happiness as they washed the dishes.
It was soon time for bed and the father marched over to his little girl. He scooped her up in his big and muscularly arms. She squealed out of surprise, but laughed as she saw it was her daddy. "Again, again!" The little girl squealed. "Sorry pumpkin. It's bedtime." The father told her. "Aw, but I'm not..." The little girl yawned. "sleepy..."
"That's not what I heard. Come on, I'll tell you one of my famous stories." The father told her. "Yay! Story time." The little girl squealed happily.
The father chuckled as he headed up the small flight of stairs. He opened a door and walked into a tear color room. He walked towards the small bed with light blue bed sheets and laid his little girl down. He covered her up and made sure to tuck her in. He grabbed the white, stuff wolf, and put it next to his little girl. He turned her nightlight on and sat on the bed.
"Alright. Once upon a time..." The father started to tell the story.
The father came back downstairs and found his wife by the kitchen window. He walked towards her and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Is she asleep?" The mother asked. "Yes. What about him?" The father asked. "He went up to his room ten minutes ago. He wanted to help me finish up the dishes." She told him. "Sounds like our son. Always trying to be helpful. Just like his mother." He told her. "And our little girl is just as hyper as her daddy." She told him.
They both chuckled at the last statement. They stopped laughing as they heard something outside. The father released his wife and used his enhance hearing. The sound of crunching snow could be heard coming from all around the house. Seconds later, the front door made a loud thud sound. It made the two jump.
Not too long, both the eldest son and little girl came down the stairs. "Mama, daddy. What's going on?"
"No time to explain. Go back upstairs now!" The father told the children.
The mother ran towards her children and got them upstairs as the father shifted into a large brown beast of a wolf. As he shifted the door fell off its hinges and many wolves ran into the house, surround the father. A large black wolf stared at the father as the other wolves stared to attack him. He let out a pain filled howl and it caught the attention of his family.
The little girl heard her daddy was in trouble and wanted to help him. Without warning, she turned around and ran towards where the danger was. The mother and eldest son saw and chased after her. As she got downstairs, she saw her daddy was on the ground, surrounded by wolves attacking him.
Anger filled her whole being as her multi-color eyes swirled around rapidly. "GET AWAY FROM MY DADDY!" She screamed and a powerful gust of wind forced all the wolves in the air and they crashed into the wall.
The little girl ran towards her father with tears in her eyes. She grabbed onto his large front paw and cried. "D-daddy... P-please... don't leave. Me... mama... and big brother... we still need you." She begged.
The father opened his eyes and licked his daughter's small cheek. She smiled at him, but the moment was soon ruined as she was yanked by the back of her neck. "Daddy!" She called.
Before he was even able to get to his feet he was killed in cold blood, right in front of his own daughter. Seconds later the same thing happened to her mother and big brother. Tears ran down her face as her only family was killed right in front of her and she couldn't do anything to stop it. The wolf holding her turned around and walked out of the house with the other wolves following closely behind.
