You woke up at 5:45 sweating. You had just had a nightmare about the days when Toby used to shout at you . Something about boys shouting really scares you now thx why you don't like it when nick gets mad . You got out and just looked at yourself in the mirror .

You - oh hi nick I didn't know you were up so early
Nick - I was going downstairs but you had your door open and I heard you say something so I came to see what's up
You - I just look so terrible
Nick - what do you mean you look fine
You - no I don't I've gotten so fat and look at my hair I might as well have a bail of hay on top my head and it would still look better than this
Nick - first of all your not fat so stop lying and second your hair is fine
You - nope I'm starting exercising again and I'm going to get my hair and nails done
Nick - you don't need to but ok and we have built a gym in the garage but you have to promise to drink healthy I don't want you to get hurt
You - I promise now are you coming to the gym for an hour before I get my hair and nails done or what
Nick - fine but only because I want to make sure you don't go too hard

You and nick went to the gym from 6:00 — 7:30 .

Nick - ok ok that's enough you've been going for an hour and a half and you haven't stopped
You - ok fine im going to get dressed before I get my hair and nails done
