DT/LOST AU

3 - dream

dream opened his eyes and was greeted by a cold wind. he looked down, and saw he was surrounded by snow.
if he looked up, he saw rich, dark green leaves. and behind him, well, was a spruce looking tree.
it took him a minute to realize that, he needed to move.
it was getting colder and colder by each minute, and his mind finally connected with the real world.
"where am i?.." were the only words he could push out. he stood up, and looked around.
he was on a high, steep mountain. with lava flowing down on the side.
"am i.. dreaming? is this real?" he hit himself on the cheek.
his hands were cold, and the soft slap hurt more than it shouldve.
"ow! shit!.. what the hell... wait, no, where is george?! wheres sapnap?!" the blonde's calm voice grew loud. a sudden panic flew through him.
no.
he needed to find them.
"george?!"
no answer.
"sapnap?!"
still no answer.
"NICK! GEORGE! ITS DREAM! CLAY! ANSWER ME"
but he heard no response.
goddammit.
he looked at the mountain again. he saw coal engraved in the sides and snow falling from above.
"okay. if this is actually happening, i need to find shelter. i hope george and sapnap are okay... oh god. okay, dream, you know they know well. build a shelter is the first rule. protect yourself. and then theyll come searching. and ill do the same." he took a deep breath, making a weak attempt to try and calm himself.
"okay, i need to get wood. build a temporary shelter, and survive the night."
he looked up.
it was already sunset.
"and its cold.. i need to get a torch maybe. if its works like normal minecraft, i should be fine."

or so he thought.
the night would come sooner than expected.
and those three would soon be facing the fears of the darkness.
