I remember about 10 years ago, I made my first friend, her name was Lana. She had skin white as porcelain, and eyes as blue as the ocean. "Come." She motioned for me to tag along with her. We ventured off into the dark wilderness, with nothing but a box of matches. I may have been just a five year old kid but I knew I wasn't like the rest of the kids my age. Night after night Lana would appear in my dreams and each day we'd go on a different adventure in different places. I'd return right before dawn and it'd be like I had never left. But I never saw Lana again after my 6th birthday. When I turned 6, new things began for me, I started hearing a voice, just one. It was the voice of a boy, he said his name was Charlie. He was a nice boy, though I never got to see him, he'd always keep me company and he'd tell me his secrets along with stories. Charlie and Lana we're both older than me. He was 16, she was 15, I honestly miss them a lot... they were the only friends I had. Today I turn 15, I don't really plan on doing much though since I don't have many aquantences. But what's so special about turning 15? I'm not sure, but strange things have been happening lately. Every morning I wake up, there's a loud ringing in my ears, my closet doors shake, and I can hear whispers in my head. All I know is that I'm determined to find out who and where it's coming from but I have a pretty good guess. They're back, but not alone.
