today is the day.

as usual the backstage is busy. stylists are working hard on putting the members' makeup. some of them were still practicing the moves to make sure. amidst the busy atmosphere, one person still managed to be nervous.

junhui sits on the large couch at the corner fiddling with his fingers, while he waits for the other members to finish what they are doing, he was already done at everything, maybe his nervousness made him much more quicker?

wonwoo, who just finished his make up, saw his mate being restless on the couch. junhui was looking everywhere, touching whatever he could play with. he just can't seem to sit still.

walking over to the distressed omega, wonwoo sits down and lifts up the omega to sit on him. 

junhui flinches at the sudden contact but calms down after smelling the familiar scent of his beloved alpha.

"wonu.." he gives a small smile clutching the hem of wonwoo's shirt.

the alpha kisses the omega's head lightly, careful of not ruining his makeup.

"what's gotten you you so worked up, huh baby?" he rubs junhui's thigh.

"i'm just too nervous.., i mean, we already know what will happen and we are pepared but i can't help but think a lot of things that might happen.." junhui said, his voice almost cracking, breaking the alpha's heart.

"please don't worry" he kisses his cheek.

"if anything happens all of us are in this together, no one gets left behind, alright?"

"you have me, jihoon and the others, we won't let anything happen to you kitten"

"now stop worrying or else i'll worry too" he lightly jokes.

junhui finally smiles, the real smile, not the gloomy smile he doesn't like at all.

"ok i won't!" 

"are you two lovebirds done?"

looking over the voice they see all of the other members ready.

"hyung what are they talking about?" chan asks nudging hansol from his phone game.

"i don't know, maybe..stuff?" hansol replied still glued to his game.

"yeah..stuff" chan rolled his eyes.

"we are all done, they can't even notice it wow" seungkwan butts in to the conversation.

"they sure have their own world"

"nah, let them be, we still have time let them talk...so i can sleep more" jeonghan said.

"yeah sure sleep more hyung..we won't wake you up when you fall into deep sleep alright?" minghao said leaning into the makeup table. 

"what a nice dongsaeng you are hao-ya"

"i know right"

"it's time to go~ you guys can act all lovey dovey later" soonyoung teasingly said.

"yeah yeah yeah"

the two stood up and followed the rest outside the room.

they are just in the backstage but the screams were already so loud. that's carats for you U<U
